We were on a road trip and this was a great stopping point. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Nice to have a fridge and coffee machine. Although few food choices at the lodge there are plenty around Cache Creek. Cheryl's Place at the Petro Canada is great for breakfast.

Little in the way of food options at the lodge meaning we had to go out. As a large family we were not put in adjacent rooms. Main light in the room was off centre meaning one side of the room was not well lit.

Over night stop on our road trip, room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I left my trainers behind, by the time we found out we were miles away and unable to collect. The member of staff I communicated with went above and beyond to get my trainers sent back to me and I am very grateful. 11/10 for customer service.

a very convenient and comfortable place to rest your body after a long day drive. the bed and sheets are of very good standard for my expectations. it's a cold early autumn, but the warmth and comfort inside the bed is so good. the staff is very friendly and helpful.

no dinner and breakfast available, but they are short of people. it's alright as there are other diner nearby.

Log building which meant that the rooms were well insulated and therefore quiet. Cache Creek is well located at the junction of three highways to Vancouver so this is our community of choice in the winter as it gives us options.

It was pretty clean and comfy. Easy to find .

When checking in , I rang the button a few times in the lobby and no one came so I called the hotel and then they answered and told them I was there . It was after 9 pm , not late by any means . The tub plug was broken , didn’t call about it though as we were checking out first thing .

The owners were nice, pleasant, responded right away when I needed something. The room was clean, comfortable, cozy. I liked being able to open the window to let air in, especially in the AM when it was cool.

The restaurant was closed. The room coffee brand wasn't great, there are no coffee shops open before 8:30 AM in this town.

Most appealing hotel in Cache Creek! Diana at check-in was charming and upgraded my room to one that was cooler on the back side of the building. It was very nicely reno'd with a great bed. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed due to post-covid staff shortages, it will be wonderful when they're able to open it again.

Unfortunately one of their boilers gave out and they were unable to repair it until the next day, which meant no hot water. However, Diana was terrific, she texted all the guests and provided an automatic 20% discount. It was a minor inconvenience, and she and the staff worked very hard to try to resolve it.

The location was easy to get to, right off the highway and it's restaurant serves good food. We were nicely surprised with the bags of goodies given to the kids by the hostess when we checked in. What an awesome gift to the children! This special touch is so rare. The room is cozy and clean and the beds are comfortable with fluffy white duvets, white linens and pillows. Very inviting to relaxation.

The room was clean and bright. The restaurant meal was delicious. I asked for something gluten-free and the cook was happy to oblige. The staff was so kind and helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. Our son's basketball team had a tournament in Ashcroft and we all stayed at the Bear's Claw. Great hospitality.

The restaurant was closed but there was a restaurant right next door at a gas station which was very convenient. The A/C in this location was excellent and very comfortable. Beds were also very good quality. Staff were very nice and ready for my arrival. We enjoyed sitting outside as well after the sun went down and things cooled off. Chairs were available.

The room up from us were smoking and this caused some discomfort due to the wind blowing it down on us with the smell of smoke/marijuana. There should be a separate smoking area away from the rooms.
