Excellent quality very large rooms, the hotel must be fairly new as everything was finished to a high standard Great value for money A bit of a surprise really, we were not expecting much and were just staying for 1 night while passing through

I did not realise breakfast was included so it was a bonus but it was very poor quality, loads of plastic packaging on everything and nowhere near enough seating space for the number of guests so we ended up sitting on a sofa in reception with breakfast on our knees. We would have been better off going elsewhere for a proper breakfast in a more comfortable environment.

Light spacious check in area + friendly staff, very clean + modern. Rooms were equally as nice, spacious, light, clean + relaxing after a busy day to come back + chill. Nice layout to the room with table + sofa + tv . All essentials such as fridge + kitchenette, lovely fresh towels + toiletries, + well equipped laundrette. Unfortunately during our stay the hot tub + pool were closed but that did not spoil our stay. Well situated for all sightseeing in the area with wells gray park information centre across the way to help make with all your sightseeing, and plenty of places to eat + socialise. Breakfast was excellent in a light spacious dinning room. All in all we would stay again and would highly recommend. Karen + Tony north wales u.k.

THEY really mean PLUS @ Best Western Gateway… It’s lovely to have a clean, new, modern option in Clearwater… where typical accommodation in this area tends to be dated, more along the eclectic, rustic charm side… not so much on modern comfort. (I love rustic charm myself, but it’s not for everyone). Yes, you pay more for what you get… but what you get is a PLUS plus!! The HUGE rooms with practical kitchenette’s, luxury linens, mattress’ & 6 pillows per bed! Plus… extra towels for the X-Large shower… a complimentary hot breakfast, and very pleasant staff… make for a reasonable stay.

The Vinyl flooring in room - I like the idea of clean and sterile flooring vs carpeting, however having no mats at all in the room, was uncomfortable to me. Either provide a front door and bedside mat, to wipe off gritty, dirty shoes & feet, or provide slippers to keep bedding and white towels clean and white! I had no choice but use bath towels to wipe my feet before getting into bed!!

We stayed here whilst passing through to Jasper. The hotel itself looks like it was recently remodeled with all the amenities very modern. The bed was really large (much appreciated) and super clean. Check-in was super smooth and staff at the front desk were lovely with recommendations for food.

The air-conditioner is right near the bed so it was a little bit noisy when sleeping and super cold (even on a low setting). There was construction happening directly infront of the entrance which wasn't ideal.

I was not expecting anything much from this hotel, so was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. Rooms were spacious and despite being on the highway the room was quiet. We did request a room at the back of the property away from the highway and the lady who checked us in was happy to accomodate our request. We arrived late and finished up eating next door, the food was fresh and tasty.

The breakfast was pretty ordinary, the hot options were not appealing so stuck to something simple.

The room is very spacious and we like the decorations in the room. The kitchenette and fridge are what we needed as we are tired of eating out every meal for 6 days. The breakfast have lots of options and the hot food is very delicious. The staff keeps replenishing various food items whenever they run low. Very helpful and friendly staff. The ambiance is great and very relaxing.

Would be nice if our room was cleaned every other day during our stay. It got cleaned on Tuesday only for the 5 nights of our stay.

We had room #328 with a very great and well equipped Bathroom and as an additional a yakuzzi in the room. There was enough room for a 3 people party.

Just one thing was definitely not acceptable. The staff woman at the counter (Aug. 19th 2022 evening) does not talk one word more than absolutely necessary. And these couple of words weren’t understandable because she already put her head on her hand and this hand covers her mouth. Accept one woman at the counter on morning August 20th 2022 the other employees wouldn’t greeting to their guests, neither if the guest greets first.

Clean, well priced. Good gym. Had a coin laundry and dispenser for fabric wash which was really helpful (but there was a queue as only one machine for the whole hotel). We liked the pancake maker at breakfast!

The hotels server room was unlocked and had the door propped wide open on a public corridor. This is a major security risk for the hotel and all of its guests.

Because it’s so new the pool and hot tub are still being built so you have to schlep to the Quality Inn next door. They need to put shower doors rather than curtains in the showers - the bathroom got flooded - and a tray for shower gel in the bathroom. otherwise it was great.

Large, clean, comfortable rooms - it looked like the hotel was quite new. Conveniently located on the highway between Kamloops and Jasper. Breakfast was included which was a nice bonus.

No restaurant for dinner - but we were directly to a place next door which was excellent. Breakfast area was cordoned off when we arrived which wasn’t very welcoming.
