Spacious king bed room with very comfortable bed and linens! Clean with 2 chairs (I hate to sit on the bed when we only get one chair). three poofy large pillows, sofa bed, modern bathroom with deep tub. Luggage rack and mini fridge with no freezer (it was quiet and kept the ice frozen) Open, courtyard interior patio with well flowered planters, picnic tables and BBQ. Quiet, Clean with lots of parking. Attached restaurant, bar and grill (food was good and beer was cold, service was great). also convenience store attached. Would stay again.

I must confess I had my trepidations, but I'm happy to say we had a wonderful stay at Wells Gray Inn. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with a good shower. I think I read/heard there is new management, if that's the case they're doing a great job turning the place around. Keep up the good work! Enjoyed a really good meal in the bar area and I wish could put a name to the waitress (blonde girl), but she was really nice and helpful as well as great fun to chat too.

The property is well located near the highway. Our room was at the back and quieter as a result. It has a good, well patronized restaurant, and a well patronized bar. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom clean and updated. Fridge with a freezing compartment

The property is older. The furniture that there was is old and see it’s better days except for the bed. No microwave. Shower water ran Hot and Cold depending on who else was using the water at the time. Few plugs available to charge electronics.

The room was very, very large and well placed for our large family. The kids could literally run around and it was totally fine. The room is distanced a bit from other rooms so neighbours don't hear quite as much sound. We are a family of 7 and easily had room to all sleep comfortably.

The facilities are a bit older but there was nothing wrong with anything. Everything was clean and totally functional. The air conditioning could have been a bit stronger but it did work.

Rear courtyard/ garden with seating & bbq area. Reception staff was polite & courteous.

Corridor areas quite grubby & we frequently needed to ask for additional towels, coffee, toilet roll. The restaurant was abysmal! We waited 1hr45mins for our meals to arrive only to then be told they didn't have everything we'd ordered! They were short staffed & left the server to deal with our dissatisfaction alone as apparently there was no manager around. We agreed a settlement but it very much soured our otherwise positive stay.

Breakfast was excellent

Did not like that upon arrival at 8.30pm the restaurant was closed when hours of operation is listed as open till 9pm. A warm meal at the end of the day would have added extra value to our stay, especially as it was Easter week end, and the cost for our stay was about $25 more than usual (my husband and I also stayed at Wells Grey Inn the week prior).

Convenient location, great value for the price 👍 Comfortable bed and bedding. We checked in late and staff were very accommodating.

A bit dated, mostly clean but there were some hairs in the tub and some dust on top of the dresser. The air-con also smelled moldy which was a bit concerning to us as we have a young child.

Location is very handy, right on highway which I appreciated arriving the the dark and fog. Homemade soup was very good,zucchini sticks were too greasy. Waitress was charming .

Hot tub being open, love that after a long day on the road.

Location is on highway which is good because while travelling, you need not to go any where far inside. Staff was very good. Especially that my car was full of luggage and since the location of hotel is on highway, i was little worried about parking but they told me that they have cameras and moreover they also have a night security guard.

Noting. Every thing was fine for one night stay.
