I really want to give a shout-out to the very friendly, efficient and helpful staff at this hotel. I stayed here twice during my trip last month, and each time, the staff went out of their way to make me and others feel welcome. Some staff have been there 20 years! As the hotel is so close to the ferry, everyone tends to arrive at once, and they were still patient and hospitable with everyone. The location is very central for Prince Rupert, and parking is easily accessible with an overflow lot if needed. Amazing local organic coffee in the rooms and always available! Breakfast was generous with good options.

convenient location. staff where helpful with local knowledge. we require a room change as the carpet was wet. the was no hesitation is changing the room.

wet carpet. Breakfast we a bit hit and miss with what was available. staff were nice but a bit slow in restocking Breakfast items. I had to ask each morning for items. eg bread fruit.

An ol' standby in Rupert. Used to be the Coast hotel I think. It is a no-nonsense highrise in the middle of town. Easy walking to wherever downtown. Front desk staff was very helpful and sorted out a booking issue. Breakfast is fine. No complaints.

This hotel surpassed our expectations. It was comfortable, clean, the staff were SO accommodating and friendly. The view from our room was nice and we appreciated having the desk in the room to work from. The microwave and fridge were perfect too, plus the room size felt big. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Prince Rupert.

The breakfast was okay, the waffles were the hit but no yogurt or fruit except a banana, could use a bit more variety but was still clean and did the job!

Sure many hotels accommodate your pet but you’ll pay the fee and be put into a small room that’s seen better days, I take care of my pet, take care of my house and would Like to know the room I’m paying for is full Sized, comfortable and friendly to my furry family Member - your property was the only one that succeeded on all levels. We’ll done!

People chatting loudly around in the hallway at 11:40 woke me up and had their 3 year old In tow running down the hall. No consideration for guests sleeping - made my dog bark which he’s usually good at not doing

centrally located, across from the mall so easy to access groceries and supplies.

property is older and is showing its age a little, but nothing wrong with it at all.

The breakfast was adequate. No frills but fresh and plentiful. Coffee was excellent.

No motorcycle parking. Would be easy to allow a dedicated set of spaces for Motorcycle parking.

Although that there was building work being done on the hotel, overall we found the hotel and its facilities very good.

Great location, close to restaurants. Lots of interesting places to explore and nowhere near enough time to them! Totally recommend Eddy's News and Cowpuccino in Cow Bay for coffee and port experience.
