Shuttle service from airport is fantastic, especially as the hotel owner accompanied us himself. Hotel staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, especially the night desk clerk. The breakfast was very yummy.

The computer in the business centre kept asking for sign in credentials, which made it difficult to complete the work I was trying to finish.

Extremely nice staff, good location, close to a lot of restaurants and hiking opportunities. Rooms were quite new, especially compared to a lot of other motels that we staid at in Canada.

Not everything was clean, I had two brown staints on one of my pillows and there were several black hair in the washroom and on the bed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard American motel breakfast .

The staff was very nice. Very clean rooms; recently renovated. State of the art technology! There's digital buttons for a door bell, Do Not Disturb and maid request. The breakfast included a muffin, orange, juice box and granola bar. There was coffee and tea available and the breakfast room is open all night. Very comfy beds too. The heat for the room is also digital!

Perhaps an extra blanket in the room? I like lots of blankets though, if you're a warm sleeper you probably wouldn't need blankets. They charged 8% PST instead of 7%?

- some of the finishing were coming apart already. - - - - transition strips lifting, cupboard doors would rattle when you walked etc - old cloths were left in the tub, two of the clean towels had stains - hit the housekeeping button but nobody came.

Spacious Room, very comfortable bed. I liked the bathroom facilties.

There is a dark chair (almost the same colour as the floor) and ottoman between the bed and the bathroom. I woke in the middle of the night and tumbled head over heels on the Ottoman. It needs to be moved. Also better instructions for the black out blinds. I didn't figure them out until the next morning.

rowing machine in fitness centre would be great. Also, tends to be a bit thin of walls from hotel room to hallway area...noise reduction would be great for privacy?

great hotel to stay at. Very nice stay great big comfy bed and big space for luggage.

it does mention no yelling or shouting in the hall or corridor. we did get waken up at around 8:30am by a housekeeping staff shouting down the corridor to another staff member.It was quite annoying.

Everything is great nice and clean and virtually noise free, there was an event happening in the next building over and we didn't hear anything.

I was a little disappointed that the clerk didn't tell us that they changed their breakfast routine so we ended up missing breakfast but we know now for next time.

Very clean room. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. Vey friendly staff. Free shuttle ride to airport was a bonus. The owner was very friendly and he was the one who drove us to the airport. The beds were more firm than what I liked. Would have like a softer bed.

Recently refurbished room was excellent. Spacious room with good facilities. Excellent provision of electrical outlets and USB charging.

No negatives.
