Sandman Hotel Terrace

This was a nice hotel to stay, though I found it a bit expensive considering it is in a small town but overall, it was okay we liked the pool, it was a nice way to end our busy day. it will be nice if the can also give incentives to returning and regular costumers.

Just the price I have stayed there several time and would love to get some sort of discount in my next stay with them. other than that, it was a good stay. always been. friendly staff.

Clean comfortable and one of the most reasonably priced options in Terrace. Denny's in the same building allows easy eating. Large parking lot allowed us to park with van+trailer easily and do our organizing there. Overall, a great option.

Rooms didn't have windows to open to outside air (double pane but can't open outer pane). There's a pool but no jacuzzi/hot tub. Room fan/AC was loud. Staff were friendly, but some staff couldn't help with everything.

Helpful staff - great front desk - great service. Carpet needed cleaning and food under baseboard heating - bathroom was spotless, beds super comfortable...........no traffic noise. TV guide from City West was the best we have ever seen - thank you, City West.............

Carpeting in room needs replacing - other than that - appreciated the effort made by cleaning ataff re bathroom, etc.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It has a Denny's attached to it as well as a Boston Pizza 2 minutes down the road in one direction and a mall in the other.

The parking is a bit tricky and can be hard to find a spot. If someone parks in the spot in front of the main reception door, you have to go the long way round the back end.

We were given a room where we could park our motorcycles and see them out the window. It was easy to haul in luggage and keep an eye on the bikes. As we are in our 70s, this was much appreciated. Liked the pool after a day of riding in the north. Very nice to have a drink on site and meals instead of getting back on the bikes to do so.

My last stay was not the greatest, but I mentioned something to the manager, and she made sure to upgrade my room and double checked the cleanliness. Everything was great this time and she made up for the last time.

The AC was VERY loud, I did struggle a bit to sleep

After having a nightmare of being stuck trying to get back to Vancouver this place popped up and i been a true blessing. Vicky and the general manager have been so accommodating and informative. The room was spotless, modern and comfortable. By far the best service I’ve had in Canada

the toilet needed a good clean with hydrogen peroxide to get the stains out but apart from that it was spotless

I really enjoyed my experience at the sandman hotel. Front concierge was helpful and very professional. My room was comfortable and I was able to conduct business as needed. I will be back again sometime in the near future. thank you!

I could hear people in the parking lot but not a major complaint

Convenient location. Pool, water could be warmer. Smoking out side close to room. We are clean smokers. Pick uo after ourselves, but you had ashtrays available. Cant forget dennys! Vending machines!

Cold pool. Weather couldve been warmer though making it more desirable.

I thought your front desk was very professional and helpful while checking in. Room was clean and was very comfortable. I will be back again.

Close to town and all amenities but next door you could hear work going on in the lot next door - heavy machinery and trucks. Not much you can do about it and only a minor detail.
