While there are not many bells and whistles at this motel, it surprised us with its modern, clean, spacious rooms at a very reasonable price. We also loved that it has a hot tub (indoor), and has an indoor pool (as well as outdoor in the summer months). Rooms include a mini fridge and microwave. It was great to be able to bring our dog, and there was no extra charge for pets. Front desk reception was always available and helpful. Be aware that this stay does not automatically offer daily housekeeping; it must be requested in advance (we never take advantage of daily housekeeping so this was actually a positive for us).

The motel is not in the most walkable location for going to dinner or drinks (that said, we did manage to walk downtown two times during our stay).

The room was well-ventilated. The window opened onto the forested hill behind so lots of fresh air flow. It was very quiet, although on the highway. The windows were good, I guess. I'm usually bothered by light at night but the lights were well-placed - good enough for safety but let just a bit of light through the curtain. Bed was great! Sheets were crisp and of good quality. The price was okay but cheaper to book on line than at the desk. Pity.

There was no breakfast. That was the only bad part. The nearest breakfast was up the highway or down into the city and meant a drive.

Beautiful updated and well designed rooms at a value price. Free laundry available. Grills available. Indoor hot tub and pool. Large TVs. The owner clearly cares about this place. Outstanding

Bed and bedding were comfortable. Outside pool was clean.

Bath towels were like sandpaper... a few thousand washes past their due date. The cheap plastic chairs (green ones) around the pool are not safe. One basically shattered in a hundred pieces when I sat on it. Lucky I wasn't hurt when I hit the deck.

Great room set up, we had a kitchenette and loved it. Nice swimming areas.

Front desk staff was curt, did not come across as very welcoming. Cleaning staff super friendly and helpful.

We liked the location and the two pools

There was no safety bar in the shower, the toilet is to low. These are important for seniors. The fact that you are set up for a Continental Breakfast in the Lobby and none was served was disappointing.

Loved how clean and updated the room was! Pool and hottub was nice! Loved that they have cots for our teenager who refuses to share a bed.

Unfortunately there was no breakfast due to Covid. That would have been nice. Also, queen beds would have been more comfortable for our family to fit 😊

Rooms have been refreshed with bedding and towels. We were able to store our bicycles in a safe spot. Staff were friendly and helpful.

After a very hot day of driving the outdoor pool was very nice. Water was clean (minus a few bugs) and poolside chairs were ample and clean.

Not a fan of the sink outside the bathroom but functional nevertheless.

Was very close to where I was working, restaurants were mostly downtown. Older looking building but updated rooms that were clean and well maintained.

No breakfast and not much around for options unless you drive downtown
