The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We had requested our room be next to our friends and that we be able to park our motorcycle outside our room. Initially, we were given an upstairs room away from our friends. Fortunately, this was rectified by the receptionist. Thank you 😊. The view from behind the hotel was amazing and relaxing. The bed was comfortable.

Very convenient, close to restaurants, bike trail. Very quiet, clean. Fridge and coffee maker in room. Lovely location on the Bay, able to walk over the lawn to the beach.

Although wifi was offered, signal dropped every time in the room. We did not try elsewhere. Did ask staff about it but no suggestion offered.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the front desk staff fantastic. My only complaint is that I was told that I would have a room facing the water but didn't get one, and that I couldn't get the government rate because I booked online. I will know to call the motel directly next time, but would have liked to have known this when booking.

Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! I would return just for those. Blankets and pillows were very nice too. Facilities were clean and basics were provided, including tea and coffee. Location was convenient and quiet, with a lovely view of the water. Customer service was friendly and bilingual. TV had many channels available in both English and French. Close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Convenient parking.

Shower stall and bath tub are in need of an update--I suspect they're next on the list considering the rest of the room was fairly modern--but they got the job done. We would have loved a microwave in the room, or in a nearby common area (there was one available in the lobby until a certain hour).

Ended up staying 2 more nights due to other accommodations falling through. I wasn't uspet at all! This location has friendly service, clean facilities, and the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. The blankets and pillows were great too. It was quiet and situated near the water. Parking was right out front. We had quick access to stores and restaurants.

It would have been useful to have a microwave in the room, or in a nearby common area (there was one in the lobby, which was open until a certain time). The bath and shower stalls need updating.

The beds were comfortable, cleaning staff helpful. Really liked the location and the desk staff were ready to help and answer our questions.

The door was hard to open and close - had to slam it to shut.. Did not like extra charge for use of the TV.

Sitting out in back yard view of the water was exceptional

Bathroom shower was the only thing not renovated in the bathroom taps we’re a little complicated to adjust water levels they because they we’re old but rest of bathroom and room was all beautifully renovated .

Closeness to town. Lots of restaurants walking distance. The view from the room and the land.

Nothing to complain about. A balcony would have been fun.

Great location, rooms at the back are clean, new, and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay! Location is excellent.

Front hallway could use an upgrade.
