the most amazing was the view from the room - the whole wall is window and the view of the country-side and wind mills is spectacular. the room is large and comfortable. The staff was very nice. Bonus points for real mugs and glasses in the room and real dishes at the breakfast (I mean not disposable). for the view - best will be from the upper floor, direction of the back side of the hotel.

Easy access to our room. The staff arranged our room to be easy accessible after we let them know we preferred a main floor room. The cleaning staff helped us use our door key the first time. Then each time we saw her she greeted us and asked if we needed anything. Our room was exceptionally clean. The hotel was close to downtown and major highway.

The chemical smell as we came in the outside door near our room was overpowering. They may have cleaned the carpets but the smell didn't change during our stay. We held our breath as we walked through that space.

The clerk was quick, professional, and very friendly. She took care of our check in very efficiently while she acknowledged another guest and assured him it wouldn't be long. She kept her word and finished our check in with friendly conversation and polite banter. She was a delight.

The overall look of the building is that of needing some TLC: Paint, cleaning, etc. There was trash on the ground in the parking lot. The air conditioners, doors, and windows all need work and paint. And, the tables in the room were all sticky with what appeared to be a spilled liquid (like pop, for example) - it was definitely gross. We had to clean the tables ourselves as well as the toilet - it had been used and black pubic hair was on the inside rim. Neither of us have black hairs. We mentioned the tables to the clerk the next morning on check out. We didn't mention that my wife wouldn't get under the sheets on the bed.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were large and comfortable with very nice new bedding. The bathroom was clean with a new tub and surround. Convient location and a good check in experience. All in all we had a good experience, the room was clean and quiet, good value. We skipped the breakfast so can't comment although at the price having anything available seems like a good extra. Would stay there again.

Not really a complaint - the building is old but seems well maintained. It appears that the management and staff are doing their best.

It was clean and not too expensive. Breakfast is included and there was a pancake machine maker which is pretty nice.

Given the building and decorations is old, the pretty was taken away a little (I guess it was pretty when it was constructed). Although I saw they were going through renovations so I guess the rooms are the next step.

It is an easy access on and off the highway; there is a nice breakfast area; the rooms are comfortable and fairly quiet.

The keys that they are using are a new system with a sort of fob. We turned ours in when we checked out but later got a call that we had not left them in the room and they could not find them?

I liked the extended hours for your breakfast. ( 7-10) I liked the variety of breakfast choices .

Pancake maker out of order for my entire 4 nights stay. Your white towels need to be replaced in the room. They were thin, worn out, discoloured & non-absorbent!

No breakfast, but it was under renovation. Everything was provided for our needs. We really appreciated giving us directions to restaurants available, the restaurant we ate at was excellent.

Was not easy to figure out the hair drier but we got it figured out eventually.

advertised pool, stopped to buy swimsuit but pool under renovation. wish advert had said that. front desk staff very friendly and hard working but sadly overworked. only person on staff for fully booked hotel.

I love the fact that you could drive up to your room, and there was easy access both from the outside and inside
