To get to the pool and back to the room we had to walk right by the front door which was a bit cold and also there were no towels in the pool area and they were not restocked even overnight still no towels the next day. Also, the pool area is very dangerous with the slide. There should be 2 separate areas. 1 for slide and one for people who just wants to swim. It was small and cramped. The kids were flying down the slide a.d hitting the others in the pool. One little girl got a foot right to the face as another older kid came down the slide. Her face was all marked up and bruised because of how hard they hit.

Loved the pool/waterslide although there wasn't anywhere to swim while the waterslide was being used as the other part of the pool is only a foot deep. (The pool area gets extremely loud with screaming children going down the slide) The breakfast was amazing, and having a large tub in the room was great for the kids.

Upon check in the person at the desk appeared annoyed when I disturbed her from her cellphone to check in. She also seemed very annoyed when my husband asked for more towels. the sink and tub drained VERY slowly.

The breakfast was great, better than last time anyway. The waffle station was back working. It was delish. The juice was horrible, but there was fruit, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, eggs, gross sausages, undercooked hash browns, and some omelette things. Overall pretty good though.

Not really much I can say that I didn't like. It was an overall great stay. I will mention that I tried to go to the workout room and it was locked. I tried around 4 PM and around 930 AM, my key card wouldn't work to unlock it. I was sad.

The water slide is super fast and fun! They keep fresh towels stocked at poolside. Clean pool water. Breakfast was super (there's an espresso machine!) Hot breakfast was delicious. All staff were incredible. One staff member recognized that my young daughter had injured herself at poolside (scraped her ankle) and offered some band aids without me even asking :) Housekeeping polite, front desk accommodating as well :)

No antacids were available for purchase, but there's an Irving convenience store open late (or 24hrs?) just across the road.

It was an unplanned stay. Our flight made an emergency landing. Staff were great, bed was incredibly comfortable. Room was mostly clean, but the bottom of the bed dust ruffle was dirty and the floor could have used a quick vacuum. The soap was a bit scratchy. My little complaints are minor though, and overall it was very comfortable, very helpful staff, convenient location, and served my needs very well.

Booking, checking in and checking out was smooth and staff were great the whole time. Price was so good for what we got. The pool was so cool and the kids got to swim 3 times in our stay. We had the best stay overall and great breakfast. The staff even made a welcome sign for our daughter and it made her incredibly happy. Not only did they do that as we requested, they left 3 gifts on the table also. I couldn’t be happier with this hotel. We will be choosing this hotel from now on.

Probably just have someone constantly refilling the towels in the pool area because by the last evening there were none and no seating area either so we stood for an hour.

The breakfast was phenomenal and they kept true to the hours. I loved that they had a canteen, pool and gym. There was always hot water, no matter the time of day and a strong water pressure. They also had plenty of luggage carts and the room was appointed with enough supplies for our entire 2 night stay.

In our room, some of the lights didn’t work and the hair dryer only blew cold air.

The staff were AMAZING - very friendly and helpful :) We upgraded to the King suite with hot tub and it was lovely - very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again!

The slide was great for the kids, but no fault to the staff, the pool was a bit too tiny for such a large slide. There was supposed to be a maximum of 20 people in the pool area, however, no one was monitoring and at one point, there was well over 30 people,. It didn't seem the pool area was maintained much - there were no towels on both occasions we swam, and the pool deck was full of water and dirt.

I had just traveled 16 hours by plane and checked in after midnight. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and given a super clean comfortable room. I slept like a baby !! I the morning I was surprised to be allowed to actually be supplies a ''real'' good sit down - hot breakfast when i had only expected a 'covid' breakfast in a bag. A pleasant surprise !!

I had been in Turkey on holiday for the past two weeks - so i really did not like the cold weather ((-: - but - that is not your fault !!!

Most comfortable bed, hot tub was perfect, pool was clean and not busy. Price was excellent. Breakfast was nice. Plenty of options.

We stayed 2 nights and did not get cleaning service in between nights. Apparently it is only by request. Noone was available to bring towels to our room so we had to go to the front desk ourselves. Would have liked extra garbage bag at least to tidy up for ourselves.next time we will confirm ahead of time our wishes for replenishment...
