It’s location is close to Northern College, with a park between the site and beach. it was very clean, a little old fashioned but what I expect for a beachside feel, it’s very comfy. I like that there is a back entrance for the room, where you can access a bathroom and ice machine. you have a dry way into your room, but really there is a large over hang via the front way in, so you really are protected from rains and your car is right I. front of your room. There is a wonderful common area, where you go for breakfast, there is an amazing patio and a BBQ on the patio for use when requested with utensils. they will even provide plates and flatware, we had a mini BBQ with our family and extended family that was staying at a motel just a minute away ( they had no inside common area or continental breakfast.) We were super happy that the managers allowed our extended family to participate in the bbq, it helped us and them out so much. we were able to have dinner as a family. The common area closes at 7pm and we were appreciative of that time but we were able to utilize the outdoor patio as long as we needed. The common room itself had a hockey table and comfy couch and chair with a tv, which just so happens to play our favourite kind of movies. The DC and Marvel movies, but if what on tv isn’t up your alley then one of the many movies they have to sign out for free, may interest you :)

The property has small rooms, but is normal for the type of motel it is. There are no rooms with two queen mattresses available, but that is out of their control, seeing what our extended family had at the motel near to us? we are very lucky with the size we got with two queen beds. You’re only there to sleep after all , and they even provided us with an extra cot, which was very much appreciated, it too was really comfy.

Breakfast was so excellent i loved the variety of cereal choices. Ive never been to a motel where there is more then one choice of cereal. The owners were always there , always around if you needed something. I have nothing negative to say. We loved it.

The Leisure Inn was the perfect place to stay for our snowmobile getaway! The Inn is located very close to the snowmobile trail and walking distance to some great restaurants. It was super clean and the staff were so friendly and nice. We are looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend!!

Breakfast was convenient & good. Good variety of drinks/food offered. Woman (host/owner?) in office very friendly and gave us information about the area/things to see. Very clean/quiet hotel. Close to lakeshore and town.

Could have better lighting above sink (for anyone putting on makeup).

Very lovely place, staff were friendly and helpful. Conveniently located close to restaurants and close to the waterfront. We would stay here again!

The beds were a little stiff, but not terrible. We were expecting a bit more for breakfast than toast and cereal, but the dining area was nice.

Property well kept. Acomidated my parking needs (truck with cargo trailer). Most of all staff is extreemly friendly and helpful and the place is clean. morning coffee n snacks was much appreciated . I caint say enough about friendly helpful polite staff. I will recomend to anyone that asks about acomidations in the area. Thank you see you again.

There is a free breakfast until 9:30. There is a fridge and a microwave. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants. The staff is helpful and friendly. It is very clean. The cost is reasonable. The owner and staff were very helpful and accommodating above and beyond.

I generally liked everything.

Brekkie is simple, but plentiful. I do look forward to post-Covid breakfasts; I've read they are amazing. The beds are wonderfully soft and supportive. Not once during my stay did I wake with my usual aches and pains. And being close enough to walk to the beach, but not so close that the noise of screaming kids invades your room is ideal.

There are only two things I would change. #1: I'd raise the height of the toilet seats; the population is getting older and we can get pretty creaky lol! #2: I would change the windows so they could be opened for a breeze, but not let the bugs in. Other than that, I love staying here!

Central location. Wide choice of breakfast items. Very friendly and accommodating family owners. Have never seen such a large collection of DVDs and videos for guests to view in their room (over 4,000 choices). Loved all the nautical décor throughout the hotel.

Bathroom was very small.

The breakfast was quite nice as it had a variety of items to choose from. My preference was for a ground floor room and I did get that but the guests above me were very noisy when they walked around at night. Sounded more like stomping than walking, otherwise I truly enjoyed my stay.

Just the upstairs guests. As I stated above, they were quite noisy at night.
