The staff were all amazing, the whole place was really clean and we had a great stay. We were supposed to stay 2 nights prior but my husbands surgery got cancelled and I cancelled the room without having even 24 hours notice but the staff was great and didn't charge us. We ended up getting it rescheduled in 2 days so rebooked the hotel room. Had the option of late check out which helped in our situation.

It was really dry, the beds could be a bit more comfortable and the pool was closed but not their fault so I didn't factor that in to my rating

Easy to find location, huge parking space. Clean and quiet environment. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Staff who assisted me moved us to the ground floor as we are originally booked on second floor. Ground floor worked better for us. Room was very huge, clean, A/C or heater was quiet. Had microwave and fridge and complimentaries.

Pillows were not comfortable enough to sleep on. Very few options for breakfast.

Good clean hotel conveniently located. The mattresses are firm and I really liked that. We enjoyed spending time in the pool. I didn't realize that breakfast in this hotel is until 9 am only. I went to the breakfast room at 9:10 and they were accommodating. It was a regular continental breakfast. Good to have before a long day of driving. The hotel staff was friendly throughout our stay.

If you like trains, this location is right near train tracks. Parking was right outside our ground floor room with direct outside access, which was very nice and convenient. Had a good night's sleep here.

I would suggest for travellers that are light sleepers, like my husband,to ask for room at back of hotel due to the number of trucks that pass in the night because hotel is close to the road.

Easy check in, and parking right outside door. Was concerned that next to a busy trainyard it would be noisy, but with the doors closed the noise was unnoticable. Great bar next door, wish I would have brought my suit to enjoy the hot tub. Maybe next time!

The location is verygood. I arrive with a dirty car and in just 2 minutes i saw a coin operated Car wash. And the parking is just in front of your room.

The pool is a little bit cold.

Everything was great rite from checking in to checking out.

The only thing bad was the dinner next door. That was the worst meal i have ever had. Nothing to do with this great establishment.

Needed to travel with 2 (well mannered) dogs, so glad pets were allowed without a ridiculous upcharge. Breakfast looked good, but due to time constraints just took a grab bag. (Nice that breakfast bars are coming back)
