Cleanliness of rooms, and ease of access to rooms for those with mobility issues. No highway noise in the section of the facility where our room was located. The entire motel is very well maintained, and has undergone many improvements since we first stayed here years ago.

Breakfast was a little thin on availability of hot food and various other items.

It is spotless. The lobby is so inviting & impeccably clean as well as the breakfast room. They have a variety of breakfast items available. Our room was so very clean and comfortable. Staff are so very friendly, courteous & efficient. We have stayed here before and had the same amazing service!

The new wing of the Villa Inn sets a very high standard for a motel in a small town in Northern Ontario. Stepping into the room makes you feel like you're in one of the top hotels in a major Canadian city. Everything is immaculately clean and everything works. The mattresses and linen are high quality. The volume of water coming out of the shower head is amazing! It washed away the travails of a long drive. I've travelled in Northern Ontario for 45 years and have gotten used to standards that are sometimes 'laid-back'. The staff and everything at the Villa Inn are highly professional.

I can't really think of anything of any importance. The breakfast was fine but I guess there could be more items like a griddle to fry an egg.

Easy check-in & comfy clean rooms.

Dog next door barked a lot, we brought our dogs & they didn't make a sound. Also some other guest brought his dog to the breakfast room? Sat at the table and ate while his dog was in his arms, staff didn't do a thing.

The place was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and soft so we got a very good night sleep after a long day of driving. The free breakfast in the morning was very satisfying and handy, right in the motel so we didn't have to look all over town for something to eat before getting back on the road again.

The only thing i didn't like was that the other guests didn't appropriate the place and tracked lots of mud and gravel into the hallways.

Called the hotel directly for their best price. Quoted what I found online. They quoted me well above the price I found online. Would think they could at least match it and not pay booking fees but they did not.

The Older section of the hotel, TV reception is not good and some areas of the room need repairs. The new section is much more comfortable.

The banging of the door near our room, near the exit. No parking closer to the hallway we were at the end of.

Very clean, quiet rooms! Great staff always very helpful. Short walk to grocery store if you need snacks other what is provided to purchase.

I would have personally liked a dog fenced compound for pets to run off leash. but that is very rare.
