the front area and lobby were very inviting and nicely decorated for the fall. the room was spacious, clean and the beds were super cozy. check in staff wasn’t that friendly or helpful in explaining how to get to the room. check out staff in the morning was the total opposite…so friendly and helpful. right in the heart of things and places, busy street is busy.

the description didn’t indicate that there was no elevator. the layout of the hotel has interior hall and stairs in hard to find spots. long hallways from access points from the car if you have several pieces of luggage….and on the second floor

Good variety of options for breakfast (even for vegans). Bed was quite comfortable. Very clean. Efficient check-in. Plenty of parking. Convenient location.

Too few breakfast tables. We came down to eat and there were people who had finished their food but were socializing but didn't give up their tables. Doors between suites were very thin. Other guests were very noisy in the hallways past 10 pm

Good breakfast selection and comfortable bed/ pillows. Great little garden space for our dog.

I was unaware of the pet fee and the upgrade fee to a pet friendly room- however I think this was something more on the end of booking.com as it wasn’t made clear to me until after booking.

The maid knocked at 9AM although we had a 11AM check out time. We were exhausted from traveling the day before, and needed to rest for another long day on the road.

To few breakfast tables. Coffee machine regular button did not work. could not find a tv schedule of programs that on that night only the channel numbers and stations. Had difficulty to change one night stay using Booking.com never responded back.

The rooms are comfortable as is the bed, which is very important.

The breakfast buffet attendant/ staff lacked good customer service skills. She could use some lessons on how to treat and be respectful to guests.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location of the room was great to give us easy access for unloading and loading our vehicle and taking our dog out to do his business. And the breakfast had everything and more than we needed. A very quiet and comfortable stay.

Staff were very helpful even tho short staffed! We had a flat tire and they helped us figure out where to go! They handled grouchy and rude clients exceptionally well. I feel badly they were subject to offensive man 129.

Crowded space for breakfast.

I had a different accommodation somewhere else booked and that fell through at the last minute. I was grateful to be able to get a clean, quiet comfortable room at the Comfort Inn, very close to my original accommodation. No complaints at all!
