The place was clean, and the bed were comfy. The owners were very nice. Once Inside our room we couldn't hear Anything from Adjacent rooms or traffic. Having our own entrance to outside was a bonus and parking right in front of Our door. The mall is right behind the motel, with everything you could possibly need. Close to everything. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. We didn't spend a whole lot of time there, so it suited what we needed. Price was good. Would definitely stay again.

That we had to leave Pembroke!!

At check in we were greeted by very kind man who was pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless and appliances worked great. It is an older building but it is cared for and nothing was broken. We had a room at the back of the building that was very quiet and had a little flower garden near the parking area.

This is an older building and is showing a little wear and tear but for what we needed it was perfect. Also the bed was very comfortable.

All the comforts that you could want! Microwave, fridge,tv, coffee maker, hair dryer. We didn't want for anything. The staff was super helpful and accommodating for our 5am check in and were just steller in all aspects!

Its not exactly sound proof but that is such a minor thing we didn't care. It is an older motel but they have definitely done what they can to make you comfortable!

Pleasantly nice, spacious, bright renovated room. Comfortable beds, good WiFi, large desk, nice mini-fridge with freezer compartment. Large bathroom. The room is not what you'd expect from looking at the exterior. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Towels could be better. The water pressure in the shower is too high... It stings the skin.

Basic motel with all the facilities. Comfortable and clean. Exceptionally friendly and helpfull owners. Steps from the mall, LCBO and more. Yet walking distance to downtown

Chinese buffet that used to be across the street has moved much closer to downtown. The site will become a PetroCanada location.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I also forgot some items in the room, and they were really quick to inform me and to take care of them. The rooms were very clean, lots of hot water and the beds were comfortable.

I could hear the TV next door word for word. It didn't bother me as I could still sleep but if that is your thing it may annoy you.

Location was perfect as it is right by shopping and groceries. Close proximity to the Mall and even the LCBO. All within walking distance. The owner operator is an excellent person and gave us personal service. Thanks Ken.

Nothing really except some cosmetic changes i.e. the front door of the room could use a coat of paint.

We have stayed here before and like the location. There appears to be pride in the appearance of the motel; there is a nice garden, plus a BQ and picnic table available at the back. The room is clean, the bed comfortable and the lighting good.

A towel rack in the bathroom would be helpful.

Ken is a superb host. He makes certain your stay meets expectations and is willing to put himself out to put things right. I will make Travellers Inn my home away from home in Pembroke.

The staff is friendly and very accommodating. This will be our go-to Motel when in town on business. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The owners are so friendly and make you feel like you've known them for years. Location was perfect to suit my needs.
