We stayed in Weider Lodge within the Village Suites and it was a fantastic location. It was within a very short walk of the restaurants, the ticket office and ski rental, the ski slopes and the shuttle that takes you to other slopes along the mountain. The room was very clean and having the kitchenette allowed us to make our own breakfasts and lunches. We could walk to the great restaurants at night for dinner. Fantastic that we could also carry on skiing well after the sun went down, due to the ski slopes being lit up at night and the lifts running till 9pm. We had a fantastic stay.

The one and only thing that was tricky, was that they don’t allow you to take your skis into the hotel room, so you have to check your skis into the complimentary valet which is not in the hotel. It’s next to the ticket office, which is just a short walk away. The one night the valet was full, so we had no option but to dry our skis off and take them into our room. It would be great if there was a ski locker within Weider lodge, for the guests to store their skis.

Booking, check in was very smooth. Rooms were clean but not that spacious. The facilities were very clean and it was clear what is covered and how much for activities. There is a lot to do here. Food choices were plenty and surprisingly reasonably priced as well. Since rooms had a fridge, microwave and cutlery you can bring small food items as well. The staff were very friendly throughout the facilities also. Gym, Sauna and pools were great with open late as well. Gondola rides at night were spectacular with stunning views and experiences for everyone. Overall it was a nice experience and we are looking forward to coming back.

It was very hard to find dollies to transport luggage and the labyrinth of underground parking is a bit confusing. Rooms were a little tight but most of the time is spent out doors as this is an outdoor driven destination Maybe more clarity on what is included in the room as we didn't know cutlery was included. It would be nice to have few more Halal food options. Some of the lines were super long but it was a long weekend after all

We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, so we thoughr on asking how to park within the resort because we wanted to get the underground parking. We got surprised that the receptionist went through to checking us in. We didn't expect the room to be a newly renovated one. Very spacious. Complete kitchen stuff. 2 bathrooms and 2 beds. Greatest decision to get a room within the resort.

TV was not a smart tv, should have access to hdmi ports and other stuff. People came here to bond and most of them do it through watching movies. My unit have a sofa bed, when we try to open it. It was dirty. I think the housekeeping did not mind to check it.

Nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff on the most part

Check in was tough, got there at 5pm an hour after checkin time and was not allocated a room number and given a number to ring, this was disappointing as only have uk and USA enabled phones- managed using WiFi calling on my USA phone using my uk phone as local hotspot, didn’t get a message re-room until 6pm, given our family had driven up from niagarra 3 hours this was disappointing and thought the resort could have done more to make the start of our family holiday better. We stayed 5 nights and got no housekeeping.

The proximity to the Village was great, the 2-bedroom suite size was very good for our family of 4. The beds were very comfy. We enjoyed the activities in the village, especially the roller coaster, Gondola & High Ropes course!

The Wi-Fi was not good & needs improving. It would also be good to consider having a kids only pool. Strongly recommend there should be a way to pay for individual activities instead of buying a “play all day” pass each day, which adds up. For example, separate tickets should be available for just the high ropes course or just the gondola, as not every day can be spent doing ALL of the activities.

Suites were centrally located in the village, ideal for exploring all the activities. Great view of the cable car and mountain from our balcony. Undeground parking bag drop-off was very convenient. Our stay also included a free pass to the private beach, which was perfect for our arrival day when we didn’t have the activity wristbands.

We were a family of four staying in a one-bedroom suite, so two people were sleeping on the pull-out bed. Only sheets and a blanket were provided for this, not a duvet, which would have been nicer. Also, there didn’t seem to be a way to adjust the aircon temperatures in the bedroom/main living area independently, the aircon was very cold in the bedroom but not cool enough in the main living area.

We stayed at the Weider Lodge and the location was excellent. Once you exit the lobby, there was cable car right in front of you and all the activities on your right. The location is the center of the village which was a plus. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking can be little rough under the ground, but as long as you drive slow and carefully, it’s okay. You can take elevators from the lobby which was convenient.

There should be a way to open the parking garage door from inside the garage without having to get out of the car to push the green button. The bird poop on the balcony needs to be cleaned.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very good, very polite, did a good job.Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.Lots to do in the village.Room was more than sufficient and very comfortable.Had everything we needed. The location was perfect and close to everything.A bit pricey,a little disappointed we couldnt use the balcony.

Just a couple of minor issues.Im very scent sensitive. The cleaning solution they use in the main lobby is a bit overwhelming.I found it very strong.A couple of benches out front of the hotel would be nice.A place to sit, would be good. The only thing missing in the room was a flipper for eggs. The shops in the village are very expensive.

We love the location, in the middle of everything but still quiet as we had view on the pool and ski slopes. Easy access to the underground parking and then to the suite that was perfect for our needs. We are considering going back for a ski vacation.

We had a problem with our free wifi, and at check our the employee was rude and at first would not reimburse us the amount paid via Visa as we should not have had to pay for it. That can happen, but I think that when a glitch is the fault for the system the employee should at least try to understand and not try to educate a former IT specialist.

The convience of the stores and restaurants

Lock on door wouldn’t shut properly, your lamp gave me a huge shock felt the pain and numbness for hours. The balcony was great. The kitchenette was clean., dishwasher is a nice touch. You said it was enough room for 4 people… IT’S Not ENOUGH !!! Our friends ended up traveling back to Mississauga Not enough towels , shampoo, 3 girls long hair, 19-22 yrs old. I didn’t like that I had to pay close to $1000.00 and I got nothing extra. Plus they made me pay $50.00 extra??? Where did it say that on the contract?!?? No concierge at the Season’s to give us Information. I they told me that I shouldn’t have paid threw a third party!!!
