The Hotel was great. It's the best stay we had in Ontario by far. They take a lot of tiny details in the rooms, parking, Pool .. etc which shows that they really care about guests comfort. The Hotel is beautifully located in the Blue Mountain Village & it's view is super. The Rooms were very clean & had a lot of amenities. We liked the Pool, the Hot Tub & the Restaurant were we had breakfast once. The Front Desk Staff were also amazing & always willing to help. I have a special thanks here to Robyn Wiggins ( Manager on duty ) for her professional handling of my concerns about the Booking Process which I appreciated very much.

Nothing about the Hotel to mention. I just had a problem with Booking.Com Reservation Process. After booking our room for 3 Nights, I realized that the Hotel is having a special non-refundable offer on its Web Site for any guest booking 3-4 Nights. The difference in price was 515 CAD which was a Shock for me since it was never mentioned on Booking.com Web Site leading me to pay more money for no reason !! I contacted Booking Customer Service to ask for a price match as per the policy but it was denied as the payment terms are different. After many calls, I finally talked to a Supervisor who offered to pay half the difference in price which I appreciated though I'm still not totally satisfied that I had to pay more than I should.

We have stayed a couple of years in a row, and while it’s not my first choice in terms of a ‘relaxing holiday destination’, the staff at the Westin Trillium House have consistently surprised us with exceptional customer service. We come at the behest of two teenaged boys and it might be expensive, busy and touristy in the village, they have a blast, but for us, the attentive, kind, and welcoming nature of the staff have left a lasting impression. This includes the servers at Oliver & Bonaccini Grille as well. We don’t have a dog, but it’s also nice to stay somewhere where they are so welcomed. Thanks for another great stay!

The only negatives might be: the parking was a bit expensive at the hotel, and that the plunge pool area isn’t included and it’s quite expensive. (NB: the pool that is included at the hotel is just fine, and we did get the play all day passes one day of our stay and it did include the plunge pool for that day, so they did get to try it out, but otherwise it would have been almost $40 a person O_O)

The rooms were beautiful. We had a deluxe room for our family of four. I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the room was. We knew there were a couple of events and thought we would hear ppl in other rooms or the hallway - but nothing we were able to sleep in without any disturbances. The pool and hot tub were lovely and so warm, esp for me a person who cannot stand cold pool water ;P We were here for a wedding and the conference room was large enough for the event and the wait staff were kind, and provided a great service. Bonus - the patio was a perfect addition to the event, being able to step outside while not being completely separated from the event was great. Of course the location was beautiful with the mountain view! Will definitely be coming back.

Beds comfortable, location of hotel excellent, restaurants and food excellent. Many activities to choose from. Staff friendly.

Big price difference for March Break making it very expensive to stay more than a few days. Considering families with children attend here this doesn't make it as affordable. No indoor pool within hotel for guests, considering this is open year round there should be an indoor swimming option for hotel guests. Outdoor pool admission should be included for guests as well as it can get costly when everything is extra.

it’s very well thought through for skiing vacation, from location to lockers to flexibility over parking and etc. staff are super friendly

1) the rooms don’t smell fresh at all, you don’t feel you are sleeping on freshly washed linen. 2) quality of coffee in the room is pretty horrible, not sure something better like Nespresso is not being used, the consumer staying there is already paying +400 per night. 3) the bathrooms are really dated, the bath tubs in particular need a refresh

The bed was very comfortable and the size of the room was great. The view was amazing overlooking the village and it was easy to get to the village walking. The kitchenette in our room was unexpected and we used it a lot.

I would have trouble finding anything we didn’t like. If I had to find one thing it would be a walk in shower would have been helpful for me with my disability. It wasn’t put on our list of must haves when we booked but it should have been. Everything was great.

The hotel is excellent. Quite expensive, but good. The restaurant is nice and relaxed and the heated outdoor pool is magnificent. It might be equally interesting for the summer season

I paid MUCH more for a reservation via Booking than if I booked directly with Marriot. Also, after the stay, I got info that I would get no Marriot Bonwoy points. None of this was communicated to me before the booking. This isn't nice!

Pool, hot tub were great warm pool and hot hot tub. Oliver & Bonicini restaurant excellent. Definitely need to do happy hour at the restaurant. Code to village.

Room was not as big what was expected. 1 bedroom delux with kitchen was very tight and for price was expensive for weekday. Parking is $20 daily on top of room rate.

The Westin is an outstanding hotel, staff and location is wonderful.

Never will I book through booking.com again, had an customer service issue and they were zero help. They also lied to me on the phone that they are working on a resolution. I've still heard from no-one to follow up, never again!

Room was nice . Location is close to everything. Staff was helpful ( easy to book a hot tub reservation) Parking spots were easy enough to find.

I tryd to book through blue mountain contact center and was told nothing was available . Just nothing . It all the lodging options. I booked through a second party booking website and paid about triple what I would of paid at the blue mtn inn. I met up with a friend who was staying at the inn and told me it was pretty empty over there. I also rode with my friend who works at guest services and was told there was actually alot of lodging available as the dates I was staying wasn't as busy as expected. And it was the sun/mon just going into the March break. West triullim house was a nice stay other some dogs barking all day but I'm out most of the day anyways. And the hot tub didn't seem to warm as it was only 2ceclius outside
