The property is new, clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful kitchen (that we didn't want to mess up for our short stay, one night). Bed was comfortable, shower excellent. It was quiet, private.

TV did not work, but if it had, it was at a 90 degree angle to the bed. You could not see it unless you stood at the side of the bed. It needs a wall mount that allows it to be moved. We should have been compensated in some way for no TV, but they did not offer. The room we had was very small, but adequate. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee or filter, and they did not have any at the front desk. They did provide free coffee from a Keurig in the morning at the front desk. Signage to identify the "hotel" was not sufficient, it looked like a convenience store. The photo online did not match the actual building, so we had to go to the next door hotel to find it.

We booked this as a stopover between Riviere-du-Loup and Perce, hoping to see the offerings in Matapedia (sadly, it rained all day). Room is above a depanneur. It's a little odd when you walk in because there is no bed to be seen. However, an instruction sheet informs you to remove sofa cushions and pull down the murphy bed. Perfectly comfortable and clean. There is a nice microbrewery a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Room a bit small. But for one night it was perfectly fine.

The room is super super; kitchen is fully function like home.The bed is comfortable.

The place is not perfect close to the busy road and railway; the room is not soundproof, we can hear the traffic & train passing by. But considering the room function, I will saytjis room is more than our expection.

Everything is new when I visited in Aug 2022. Candy bar in the reception area.

There was no soap holder or shelving yet in the new shower. The terrace is nice, just need some plants and umbrellas to hide the large structures in front of the hotel.

Everything about this property was awesome! Our room was like a mini apartment with everything you could ask for.

Couch didn’t fit in front of the Murphy bed which left nearly no space to move around.

Very friendly and helpful staff in a newly, beautifully renovated older house. Well designed and equipped rooms. Highly recommended.

Fabrics and furnishings brand new, beautiful bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen, cutlery, and dining equipment.

The bedroom consisted of a Murphy bed. When the bed was down, there was not much room left for moving around the room.
