I wanted to take a vacation with the family to spend time with them, so we decided to stay at Entourage sur le lac because of the many good reviews the resort has received. We stayed in a Lake View Studio Room with a breathtaking view of the lake next to the resort from our room. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a microwave and a fridge. The guest service at the resort was very professional and polite, and all of the staff ensured that our stay there was the best experience possible. There were also many different activities there, including kayaking, going to the pool or lake to swim, and a jacuzzi to relax in. Additionally, there was a pool table and a ping pong table which we had a lot of fun playing. Overall, I had an outstanding experience here, and I recommend this resort to people going to Quebec City, and I would come here again.

I loved the decor of the rooms and the variety of amener is available.

it was impossible to get the attention of the bar tending staff to order a drink, they kept their backs to the counter and were playing at “looking busy” very often. My room was not far away so it was more convenient to get my own drink in my room. However, I was asked politely to leave with my drink because it was not from the bar (understandably) Had the bar staff been more inviting or prepared I believe both the patrons and the hotel would have benefited. it was a missed opportunity.

Was in the hotel during February and it was very cool! tons of things to do, whether inside or outside; outside they made a nice skating ring, there is a hockey ring and you can go to outdoor spa (not that big though so might be a bit crowded in peak hours; inside there is a gym (super clean btw), playroom with air hockey, ping pong table and kids playground area. At the reception area there is a pool table and for those who like to read, there are some cool books for common use and there is an ability to use fat bike free of charge (first come-first served basis) For those who own electric cars, there are two Tesla chargers that you can use free of charge (unsure if there are non Tesla ones as Tesla was a thing for me) Overall a great experience, hotel is nice a very clean!

There is one restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner; it is a bit pricey though as there are not a lot of things around and delivery is pretty limited to non existent in the area. Have to admit that despite the price tag, the food was very tasty!

Gorgeous peaceful room and superb location surrounded by picturesque hills. The hotel is well appointed and very quiet. Beds are extremely comfortable. We liked the complimentary breakfast muesli in the room as well as the coffee machine. The little lake is lovely and clean. We were there in autumn so enjoyed the fall colours. Our stay was short so we did not have time to enjoy the spa, gym, pool or water sports, but they all looked lovely. Highly recommended for quality of the location and the property.

The small bedside lights in our room did not work and they appeared to be broken or without bulbs. We could not get them to operate. This was inconvenient because I like to read in bed. The clock radio was not set at the correct time which should be done automatically when the room is cleaned.

The room was lovely, enjoyed the small amenaties which included the coffee maker, sink, microwave, decent size mini fridge. the bed was lovely and the pillows were decent. the bathroom was amazing with double sinks. The view of the lake in the morning when the fog is rolling down the mountain is just breath taking, the games room for the kids was an added bonus! the gym nd other amenaties such as kayaking, paddle board, swimming in a pool, lake or hottub and having dinner at the lovely restaurant. Everything was so perfect and clean, such a perfect escape from the city and a short drive from old town quebec city.

The pull out couch was not comfortable for an adult, worked well for the kids but i could never sleep on it. wish there was a bathtub and a lock on the sliding door as the children found it entertaining to peak on mom and dad who were using the bathroom. maybe a lock on the inside to prevent little peaking toms.

Staff were wonderful! The place is beautiful and it was great to have everything we needed right there on the property

They don’t provide housekeeping for stays under 5 nights which seemed poor. I requested it on our second day but was declined. They did say they would bring more coffee and oats but those never arrived. On our last day they agreed to take out the trash after I begged! I understand not changing linens but nothing at all is a little ridiculous for a nicer hotel. In addition some dishes in our room were dirty on arrival, and there was food under the couch.

The location, activities, friendly staff and beautiful views made this place truly magical.

Only downfall is the restaurant. The food was ok but the staff took awhile to take our order and they didn’t bring all our order. We had to ask for it to get it. room service order was delivered over 30 mins late on the few times we ordered. once they sent our food to a different room and didn’t even bother to find out who the order was for 45 mins later when we finally called again they told us what happened and brought us cold food.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The Studio king room was just the right size for our family of 2 adults + 1 kid. The bed was really comfortable, the room was very well insultated - didn't hear a thing! and super dark despites the huge windows and bright morning sun. We really enjoyed the facilities. The paddle boards, heated swiming pool, hamocks, lounge chairs, beach towels everywhere. The game room was also fun. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

The BBQ lunch was a little disapointing - very limited and over priced.

Variety of things to do! Walking, hiking. Location was exceptional, Very scenic. Suite was wonderful, lots of drawers to keep it tidy. Bed very comfortable. Friendly staff, who spoke English. We really liked the trolleys to help load and unload our luggage.

I liked everything about the resort. No complaints at all.

Absolutely amazing location still close to the city but just far enough out to unwind and relax in peace and quiet on a beautiful lake setting. Tons of great activities Lakeside to keep the kids active. Extra large outdoor hot tub was nice for us to unwind with a cold drink.

Honestly don’t have anything bad to say it’s a great place it’s not our first time staying there however it was our first time in the summer which makes it even better.
