Clean, comfy beds Large tv Excellent pool with warm water Pool area very nicely decorated with good ambiance Updated, modern deco Nice roomy bathroom Beds with wheels can be easily shuffled around Room stocked with keurig machine (with coffee cups), microwave, mini fridge Very pleasant stay overall !

No ceiling light. Lighting achieved using lamps, there are at least 3, but you have to use all if you want to have enough light.

The hotel was very clean and easy to get to. My daughter loved the pool and splash pad. They were both very warm. The hot tub was great. The beds were very comfortable.

There were only minor things I didn't love about this hotel. First was the shower. It was very slippery, and there was nothing to hold on to, and the shower curtain easily fell down as it was on a pressure mounted rod. The air conditioner worked great, except it continued to turn on and off all night, waking us every few minutes. There may be a setting I wasn't aware of, but I couldn't figure it out in the middle of the night. Other than that we were very happy with this hotel!

The hotel’s location is central, with Tim Hortons & McDonalds at a walking distance, which turned out to be very convenient for us. Rooms were clean & we arrived earlier at around 3pm but the staff managed to have our rooms ready for us although check in time was 4pm. Facilities were great, especially the swimming pool & splash pad. Our kids loved it.

Only thing missing was that the washrooms didn’t have an exhaust. It’ll also be great if rooms are provided with microwaves. Everything else was good

The hotel was comfortable- had a pool and a jacuzzi. locations was good. We took a bus into quebec City located to the south then then we went north in 20mminutes at isle orleans and montmorency falls. then we were on route 40 right through to montreal. plenty of restaurants for a quick meal

since I book with Booking.com a coupon for breakfast would be nice

The location is perfect. The receptionist help us to know there was a walking and biking path close to the hotel that we enjyed a lot. The rooms were clean, the kids were happy with the pool. In general we enjoyed our stay.

I wished we had more towels, also more shampoo, we had to buy shampoo. Two small shampoo was not enough for 4 person at all. We asked for two more towel and two more shampoo, the staff said they will bring, but apparently they forgot. The pool was small for such a big hotel.

Stand up shower needs floor mat cause it’s very slippery.. as well as the shower door need to be fixed.. appliances in general are old tho! I also compromised some hair on the pillows & on the shower wall just cause it was few but still wasn’t cool!!

The staff was super nice. I had an issue that Booking.com couldn't fixed. i posted a review after 2 weeks of wait, the staff saw it, called me and fixed everything in 5min. And bonus the person on the phone was super nice and helpful. Morale : i should have contacted the hotel directly in the first time. Overall the experience was great now that my issue was adressed (incorrect charge)

Add an incorrect charge , but the hotel fixed it as soon as they heard about it

It was clean, close to transportation, a few restaurants and the staff was friendly

During our stay our rooms were not cleaned. There was no Netflix so I could not log in, which is important because the majority of their tv programming is in French and I am not fluent.

My 2nd time staying here. I love the balcony, way to connect with friends after a long trip. The staffs are very helpful, i enjoy the pool and comfort in my room.

The room card doesn’t read properly so need to go to the reception all the time.

Room was large, spacious. There was a balcony looking at the pool and atrium. location is very good, lots of parking. Parking was free. There is a Tim Hortons just attached to the hotel, which is great.

The bathroom sink is not that standard compare to the room size and money. Closet space is a bit small compared to the room. Toiletries were not enough, and not enough toilet paper. There must be extra toilet papers kept for use.
