beautiful rooms and location was great

first night there was a baseball team in the common room on the third floor till around 10 pm or so. quite loud based on the location of our room, near elevator. we were offered another room down the other hallway, but we didn’t feel like packing up and moving so we remained in the same room. the staff at front desk dealt with the situation well. the noise level did go down and I assumed the team had to turn in for their tournament the next day. we were very pleased with the hotel, location and room. we will come back, but we may request a slightly different spot in hotel if available within the hotel. thanks for taking good care of us.

Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was efficient and very kind.

I only wish the bed linens were laundered with unscented laundry products. I don’t know if it was detergent or dryer sheets but the scent was strong enough to be quite bothersome. All hotels should avoid these scented products. But that is literally the only thing I didn’t like—otherwise the hotel was terrific.

The restaurant breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and facilities were clean.

The elevator was not working when we arrived, so a little inconvenient carrying all our bags up the stairs. The elevator was working the next day. Another night a poor dog was barking and crying for a very long time in the evening because the people left him alone. The staff tried to reach the visitors. Eventually they were successful.

The hotel was wonderful and the rooms were very clean and just modern enough.

We went for dinner at a local restaurant and wanted to have a a drink with colleagues at the bar. Were were allowed to order drinks to take away but if we stayed at the bard, we had to order food. First time I have come across this.

I liked the grounds, The room was roomy and the bed was comfortable. Nice hotel.

We arrived at 8-8:30 and the pool was closed for the night. I booked this hotel because I have a bad back and thought that I’d be able to use the pool upon arrival but it was closed. It is very difficult to find a hotel with a hot tub for my bad back so I settle for a pool. After a long drive, it is nice to be able to relax my back in water.

Have booked at the attached restaurant Coureur des Bois, twice - exceptional dining.

I always prefer a bathtub.

Great place and lovely village - we really enjoyed the stay.

The restaurant was closed on Monday night so we never got to experience it. Also there was a note that said they would not be able to clean the room due to a staff shortage - that seemed an odd thing to announce…

It is a good property & location I have stayed at several times over the past years. It has a great restaurant & very nice staff.

Carpeted rooms have a vacuumed smell but there rest of the hotel is fantastic. Wish all rooms were non-carpeted

The location is excellent. Close to the A20 autoroute but very quiet in the building. Other services are nearby as well, gasoline and fast food. The unit was very modern and clean. The staff was generally friendly and helpful.

The onsite restaurant was closed, open only from Thursday to Sunday we were told. Therefore, there is no food or drink at the hotel on the other days. (we stayed on a Tuesday night). After a long day on the road we were planning to have dinner without having to drive any further. This information was not stated on the website.
