Check-in was easy and the room was very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed.

Not intuitive to have to tap key card to get to room levels in the elevator. I understand the access is low enough to be wheelchair accessible, but there is not really a sign telling you to tap in order to go. Check-out was a bit slow as the employee was on the phone and did not even acknowledge me for several minutes.

We didn't have breakfast on site. Instead we opted for pastries at the pastry shop not far away. Breakfast was not included.

Everything was to our expectations - including indoor parking at no charge. We expected a discount on the cost as we were obliged to stay due to power outage from the ice storm.

Everything! It’s located close to everything we needed and despite being close to highways and construction going on, was surprisingly quiet. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. It’s a bonus to have free, secure parking too.

The beds are sooo comfortable and the place is very clean. It is perfectly situated if you want to shop in Quartier Dix 30.

I needed coffee at 6am before I left but the Starbucks only open at 6:30 😝

Bedroom really comfortable and look awesome.

Housekeeping wasn’t done daily such as no coffee pod refill, we had to call the front desk for it. No fan in bathroom and building window’s were disgusting.

Great location. Liked you can wheel the table where you feel it's needed. Liked the confort of the bed. Liked the love seat. Liked the easy connection to wifi. Nice spacious room.

Don't like the 1/2 glass in the shower; water splashes on the floor and it's cold to take a shower with a large opening. The temperature was cold inside the room and I did not manage to adjust it at a higher level.

Location, cleanliness and parking

We have a Hybrid vehicle. Only one charger out of all that were there "worked" but it has a fault in it and arched when plugged in.....so we were not able to charge our vehicle at all during our stay.

The hotel was beyond great! We had a short stay but wish it was longer, the location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay further from downtown MTL, there’s a huge outdoor mall within 5 minutes from the hotel that has absolutely everything you need. The pool is perfect and the highlight of our experience, rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Beds are super comfortable, wanted to purchase one for my home! Overall amazing service and great customer service from staff as well!

I cannot think anything I did not like about the hotel, if I had to say something I would say that it’d be nice to have people cleaning the pool area after each guest uses.

their was a loud noise on and off from outside, we didn’t know if it was the wind making a piece of metal move or something but really disturbing for sleeping… otherwise it was perfect

-Clean modern rooms. -The hotel is in cartier 10-30 with plenty of restaurents and night clubs around. -The staff is friendly. -Underground free parking. -Strong wifi.
