Le Parasol's location is both beautiful and practical. The staff were very helpful with our unexpected late arrival too. The breakfast in the restaurant is delicious. There is petrol and and a depanneur walking distance and only a short drive to most everything else. This is a budget property. Nothing fancy but great value, clean rooms and excellent staff. Thank you .

Breakfast was good although it is no longer included with the room! Lots of parking and a laundry room! There is a bar with gaming machines from lotto Quebec! Prices for liquor and beer are reasonable!

Even though I booked way back in march and asked for the same room as last year they could not ?? guarantee it! Only promised a ground floor room as part of my other request (bad knees)! Upon arrival, sure enough a different room and in the back section of the motel! It was fine! Arrived on a Tuesday and were advised that due to a staff situation there would be no breakfast on Monday and Tuesday till further notice! Turns out that was a good thing as breakfast for two was $27.00 with a small $2.00 tip!

I loved how close it was to everything, a parking spot and washer and dryer available.

The only thing that I didn't like as much were the curtains because of the air-conditioning. The way the air-conditioning is made it difficult for us to use with the curtains that were in the bedroom.

Quite a clean motel, we got a room with two beds, was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was good and coffee machine was pretty good too. They had a swimming pool as well, although we couldn't use it. Breakfast was very good (though not included with room). Nice views of Saguenay River.

We usually prefer brightly lit rooms, here it was more of dimly lit mood lighting sort of atmosphere.

The location was amazing, a beautiful view greeted us in the morning of the Sanguaney River . The staff member at the office was super helpful finding us restaurants and cocktail locations.

The bed could've been a little more comfortable (my arm fell asleep). But thats all I can think of Outstanding in every other way!

All was good. We had booked a kitchenette and it was a completely separate bedroom, with a combined kitchen-table-sofa in a separate room. Larger than expected, and also with lots of storage space. Beautiful setting with a view over the river (spectacular at sunset) and the hotel was decorated with enormous pink flower baskets all along the outside. Just made the ambiance all that much nicer. Reasonable amount of dishes provided in kitchen.

Wifi was OK (was a little slow, and could be improved).

well located : the view is absolutely stunning! the room are big and comfortable as well the people working there were super extra nice and helpful

it wasn’t the cleanest, even after we asked for the vacuum to be used in the room… also one night the heater stop working because of a thermostat issue, and we had to change room without view 😔

Not our first stay here! As last time the service was very good! The room was ready upon arrival and clean! The view from the dining area of LAC ST. JEAN is spectacular as you have your breakfast, which is always filling and very good! It is close to all the amenities you may need and the bar has quebec casino machines! My wife made friends with a wild rabbit that hangs around the parking lot and was very happy! It has a laundry room as well at reasonable prices! Will probably go back next year as we like the area!
