Large, well lit room with comfortable beds! We were running ahead of the storm and pretty tired when we got in. We were welcomed, had a great room and shower, and a great night's sleep. Breakfast was continental style. Cereal, waffles, coffee and juicer, bagels with jam and cream cheese - all we needed. Off to the next leg with dawn breaking!

Recent snow meant parking lot was a bit icy. But we couldn't bring the southern weather with us - lots of people would have been happy if we could.

Great place to stop after crossing the border. Very clean, comfortable beds. Decent breakfast, lots of choices.

While we couldn’t hear voices or tv from other rooms we could hear other air conditioners and the fridge was rattling quite noisily as well. Plumbing pipes were sticking out of the wall in the room, looks like a kitchen sink was removed. Could have been covered up a little nicer.

The location was good for us. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. We had a party of 5 so we had to book two rooms but the price was great. In fact, the price was the best and most affordable of our entire trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived, quite late into the night.

I thought the free breakfast was a bit lacking. There was a waffle maker, but no eggs or anything like that. The price however made it hard to really complain about the breakfast not being that stellar.

We were there on a holiday monday and it was super quiet... like only 4 other cars in the parking lot! Was the quietest hotel we've been at but the check-in lady was super friendly and let us know about a discount for the restaurant across the road.

stayed 5 days and had to ask everyday for someone to take out garbage. it was over Christmas so probably short staffed which is understandable. but we still paid the same for when their is full cleaning staff.

Comfortable. Close to amenities. Clean. Breakfast area nice. Option of restaurant/bar on-site and excercise room. Outside access great for taking out dog. Area to walk dog and grounds clean.

Had trouble controlling temperature but didn't ask about it so not their fault.

The room was quite large, set up with couch chair and 2 person table. The bed was through an alcove so it almost felt like a mini suite. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was very quiet so no problem to sleep.

Friendly staff welcomed us and also told us about the restaurant nearby we could walk to that offered discount to hotel guests. Our room was clean & roomy. Very quiet during the night which was nice after a long day on the road.

Independent hotels are generally far superior to chain hotels. Hotel Estavan is no exception. Guests even receive a 20% discount at the restaurant across the street. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, reasonably priced.

Location and the fact estevan is a dirty oil city. Has a tendency to cater to blue collar working types. Would be better in a nicer location.
