Very nice hotel for a family. Very clean and friendly, helpful hotel staff. Had everything we needed and the kitchenette was a major bonus. Pool was fantastic for little ones and beach not far away.

No where to dry wet swim suits, since there is no balcony with your room. I asked about this and they said we could pay $10US to try our stuff for 30mins in their dryer. I don't put swim suits in dryers so all our stuff stayed wet for the week.

Everything was spectacular! Nothing like staying at a place where you can go back to your room and rest from a long day out. The staff was INCREDIBLE! Top notch service. From the front desk staff (Shanti et al), to the shuttle van drivers (Roque 5+ stars to him and everyone else), to the kitchen staff, to Dana our housekeeper and the rest of their team! You have got to stay here! Look no further. You feel like you're at a 5 star hotel!

The pool could have been cleaner. The kids loved being at the beach so we didn't really have a need to be at the pool. We hung out there for a bit one day, but that was it.

Our stay here was very enjoyable. Our room was spacious, light, airy and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping, Georgetown and several of the exceptional beaches along the 7 Mile Beach. The free hotel van service made it easy to get around. The included breakfast is plentiful, tasty, and offered many hot and cold choices. Hampton by Hilton is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in during my extensive travels. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. The staff went above and beyond to meet our special needs. The staff, at every level was so helpful, so accommodating, so kind, and so friendly.

This hotel is excellent! The price is great, presumably because they don't have their own beach, but that wasn't a problem - they offer a free shuttle to Governors Beach and Public Beach, and you can access 7 Mile Beach by walking 10 minutes down the road right outside the hotel. The hotel offers lots of amazing amenities and great service. The free daily breakfast was delicious, fresh and so convenient; it was a highlight of every morning to not have to spend a bunch of money scrounging up breakfast elsewhere! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. All the common areas are thoughtfully decorated. The hotel's restaurant was great and they had live music a few nights. The hotel is centrally located and it was really easy to walk to local restaurants, to Kamana Bay, etc. The area felt very safe and walkable for 2 women on vacation. The overall style of the hotel was very stylish and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again!

We got a lovely room with plenty of space. it was cleaned spotlessly! The compound is beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the compound is pricey but delicious. Not even a minute walk to the beach.

Peace and quiet. Great views, sunset and sunrise. Simply stunning modern interior. Great internet. Lisa was lovely checking me in. The key was t obvious so glad she gave me all the tricks., and she came and met me even though I’d confused that I needed to make an appointment.

Needed a table to work on. Can’t use kitchen bench or sofa with laptop for too long but used the outdoor table. Not ideal for sitting too long. Check in wasn’t clear. I’m used to hotels and didn’t expect to get texts to meet someone but if you are better at reading than me - amazing.

Staff! Sara is amazing! Very knowledgeable, accommodating, she does a bit of EVERYTHING. Did all that she could (which was a lot) to make our stay comfortable. Fanny, also incredibly sweet, amazing and accommodating. What the hotel lacked, the staff made okay. Martin tended us daily and ensured we had turkey bacon :) thank youuuuuuuuu! Other amazing staff from house keeping (Melissa and her friend) and short hair cut lady that works with Martin. Sweet people, thank you

The hotel was updated very nicely. The rooms were well equipped with modern furniture and the water pressure was great. Daily hot breakfast was also very good. Everyone there was very pleasant and accommodating.

The bathroom didn’t have any hooks for a towel and I think the bathrooms could also benefit from an exhaust fan.

Booked this place for my daughter and her friends. The feedback was that this was a fantastic place for four senior college girls, looking for a relaxing time, plus some brilliant excursions. Four young ladies felt completely comfortable, all of the time - they will definitely be heading back here when they have saved their pennies. Hotel and staff were fantastic- Thank you!
