Great place, highly recommended. The breakfast is brought directly to your room, which had never happened to me before, and is also quite large. It almost didn't fit on the table! The room was fine, but most of all the location was perfect. Just five minutes walk from the bus station, five minutes walk from the train station, and ten minutes walk from the city centre. If you arrive late at night, there are even some nearby places to find food, which is not common in this part of town. The staff was very helpful and had no troubles allowing me to leave my luggage for some hours after checkout. In general, a fantastic experience. I saw some negative reviews before booking, but I'm very happy to confirm that they were completely wrong.

The wifi in the room could have been stronger. Not an issue if you are a local and already have mobile connection, but if like myself you come from abroad and can't connect to a personal hotspot then it can be uncomfortable. But no worries, it's just enough for making basic travel plans.

No kitchen facilities, although staff happily supplied a thermos with hot water, and cup/cutlery.

The location and environment is perfect, very nice for a weekend getaway. Everything was at the Centro and not far from the beach & popular sites Breakfast was promt.

I didn't like being served the same breakfast everyday. A little variety will be ok. Like adding eggs & sausages to the menu.

The Hostal Blest Gana's location was great. The facilities were extremelly clean and the staff very helpful. Higly recommended

Cheap hostel. Very nice and working shower.

Breakfast was just two slices of toast with butter and jam, accompanied by some coffee and juice. It was served to the room and could not be eaten in a common area. Staff seem inconvenienced by any question I asked of them. Location is far from the nicer parts of Vina del Mar on the coast. Very cold as the entire building seemed to be shaded from the sun.

The location is one of its best assets since it's in a visually pleasant area near main city attractions. The building itself with room and amenities plus breakfast delighted us as well.

Customer service put us off à bit as one of the guys wasn't as clear in his communications while à younger one was à bit passive aggressive in his demeanor.

The staff was great, the most places around the hostel are closed.

The toilet in the room smells weird from time to time.

The location is not safe for your vehicle. If you travel with car make sure to leave it in the provided parking space inside the premises.
