What I liked most is it’s location. There are at least two banks around, eating places with relatively large range of price are in the mall and along the streets. You can reach public transportation with 10 minutes walking. Taxi is hard to get, but it is a common headache.

The quality of the breakfast in the hotels in Beijing has gone down. They are all there, but either cooked hours early or purposefully lack of refill. I realize that there are problems on the consumer side, but still… The hotels (of the same grade) I stayed later in Wuxi and Shanghai are more serious about their breakfast.

Hotel is quite new. Everything is well maintained. Staff is responsible. The tour guide for my trip the next day left a message for me before I arrived and they passed the message to me when I checked in.

The entrance of the hotel is not at the road stated as the address of the hotel; it is at a side road. There was no sign on the stated road. I spent some time walking up and down the street looking for the hotel. They could have informed guests about this in their communications with them prior to their arrival or put up some sign on the road where their stated address is.

Breakfast is good is little bit far from under ground station but very near to most tourist attractions

The girls at the reception were very helpful except for the man who was always at the desk, not bothered to try and help us when we asked. We had booked bus tickets to the Great Wall of china and asked for help to book the admission ticket on WeChat, the man told us to cancel our bus tickets as there was no space and book his tours instead telling us we wouldn’t be able to get to the wall, not really bothered to try help us, however later on that evening we asked again and the girls were very helpful and booked us the admission tickets instantly with many tickets still available causing unnecessary stress all day due to us having bought non refundable bus tickets but no admission wall tickets

The receptionists were very kind and helpful. Specially Alisa made all the efforts to support us in variety of areas, from the room and facilities, operating the laundry corner (I needed help as I don't have WeChat), advise about sites to see and public transportation and always being nice and smiling. Alisa made the difference from ordinary hotel stay to homelike feeling during our stay. Breakfast was good with a lot to choose from Laundry corner was very useful with self service laundry and dryer machines

The room turned out to be better than on pictures. Very clean even though the crapet has some stains it still felt clean to step on (checked both with bare feet and white socks :)). Good buffet breakfast. Various enough, hearty, fresh and tasty. Liked the shampoo/body wash - smelled nice and had good effect on skin and hair. Even though the personnel mostly doesn't speak english they were very helpful. Overall good experience.

Room is quiet at night. The air conditioning is really good. It doesn't blow big wind when the room temperature is lowering down. It's comfortable staying at the room. Free breakfast has many varieties to give you energy for the day. The staff was very accommodating.

Breakfast was a winner, location perfect near Tian Qiao subway station, Tian Tan Park, Beijing natural History Museum, Tian Qiao Performance Center, many good restaurants, etc. Staff courteous and helpful. Room clean. Price was ok. I will definitely stay there again.

No downsides.

Very clean, nice breakfast, 10 minutes walking distance from the metro, convenience store around the corner. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The only thing, but it happens in many hotels in China, is that it sometimes smells like tobacco in the room because some people smoke in the rooms (even though it's forbidden).

The hotel has a very convenient location and is reasonably priced for the level of comfort delivered. The included breakfast has a huge assortment of items, enough to make it your big meal of the day. The staff was very helpful. Reasonable walking distance to a subway station and the Temple of Heaven entrance.

Got a little expensive on the weekend.

Great location, very friendly staff who are always ready to help with pleasure. The subway (Tianqiao, exit D) station 5 minutes walk. Although the hotel in the city center, there is no noise.

As a suggestion- I would recommend to add for breakfast menu more European dishes.
