The staff was very polite and helpful. It takes you 15 minutes to get to the main attractions or restaurants. The canteen’s got very rich breakfast for each taste, even me, being vegetarian, could find plenty of options. Rooms are clean with gorgeous view.

There was barely a noise cancellation, the cleaning staff was walking around talking and slamming doors early in the morning, waking me up.

This is my favourite hotel in Guangzhou. Unassuming and it has everything I need. I very much appreciate the thick walls. Guaranteed a good night's sleep. Love the spa. Room service Western food is limited but tasty and they keep to the 40 minute wait time too! Buffet quality can vary but overall is good to satisfactory and plentiful. After 10pm they do a more a la carte menu. Very good level of English amongst reception staff. Easy to get a taxi outside hotel too. Great service.

Compared with hotels in Guangzhou this doesn't really have any negative points for me.

I love the rooms with the large free-standing baths! Lots of staff at front to help with bags and getting a taxi. Near other areas of interest.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe, located within walking distance of Guangzhou East Railway station and various shops, restaurants, and malls in the Tianhe district. The Tianhe Sports Centre is relatively close to the hotel. The Guangzhou Opera House is about 5km away. I found the facilities impressive, and the staff were friendly and professional. I would consider staying here again.

We stayed here for a total of 12 days whilst on business and absolutely loved it. The staff were amazing, food/drinks were really good, the facilities are amazing with gym, pool, spa etc. The room was great, felt just like home, the wifi was great, lovely space to work at and the bed was 10/10 for comfort. We even treated ourself to a 90 min massage, it was incredible. Thank you again

The laundry service was a bit pricey.

The hotel is right next to Po Park Mall and the Youth Creative Center, making it super convenient. The staff is friendly and ready to assist in English. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with lots of tasty options to choose from. If you're looking for a comfy stay with good food and nearby attractions, this is it!

As we are going to ride 9:50pm high speed rail back to HK, and we requested for delaying check out time and the staff extended our time up till 6pm and we were happy and appreciated with the arrangement.

No variation on TV channels, the fridge was not working properly (not cooling the water), and only one electric outlet between the twin beds.

Spacious room, equipped with everything needed, spacious bathroom with separate shower and a nice bath tube, a very good breakfast, super efficient staff, a nice outdoor pool and a well equipped gym.

The bed and the pillows were too soft for me. It would be great to have bath foam for the bath tube.
