Great location and very close to the metro station for Beijing Road. The buffet breakfast had lots of variety. The room was very comfortable.
The staff at the hotel did not have great English so it was difficult to communicate.

I loved the free laundry, staff was also nice and very helpful
Room: small window, stained carpets - I would rather have hard floor (it's cleaner) Breakfast - not enough vegetarian options, poor quality of coffee.

Hotel is a bit difficult to find. Staf doesn't speak English, but with the help of a translation app you can communicate and are very friendly. It is in a peaceful area, but a few minutes walk you can go on a boat trip, visit restaurants, shops , clubs.
Launge area is very small.

Breakfast is good and good speread for a small hotel and also different varieties are available. Also rooms are very clean and room services are exceptional.Evening snack you can enjoy after 3pm till late evening and well maintained .
All good except communication with the staff is an issues some times.

Located very close to subway and one famous street. Fresh, clean and stylish, with nice staff, though they couldn’t speak English. Room was great and beautiful for this price it’s the best choice.
Staff could not understand English, they aren’t very helpful - no luggage help.
