One of the biggest advantage of staying in A Mall regardless of numerous companies found like Pengman is the metro line 1&2 beneath the same building,no need to go outside. Pengman apartment was as follows 1.Comfortable bed 2.Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. 3.Daily complimentary toiletries were given along with bottles of water for consumption. 4.Controlled access to lifts.

1.I booked my room nearly 2 weeks ago,made clear request for non smoking room but was given smoking room,upon arrival at 1 a.m room was stinking like hell,had to leave windows upon to dissipate cigarette odor. 2.Staff on counter never spoke english,very difficult to communicate. 3.Room was ocasionally not cleaned,happened thrice during our 2 weeks stay. 4.Room was not properly cleaned,stayed another apartment in A mall before and room service was exceptional. 5.Was supposed to stay in room over yuexiu park but was given on other side of building with view on city.

Lifts too slow .

It is quite spacious and has got all the necessary amenities. The view is great!

The room we initially booked was a two-room apartment however we got a one-room one. The staff at the reception barely spoke English and wasn’t very friendly so we decided to let it go. The reception is also very hard to find once you get out of the metro - you need to go to L1, that’s where all reception desks are.

Got off the Gongyuanqian metro station and took exit E. Asked the security staff where the reception desk for the rental apartment is, then he show us where to go. There are a few reception desks there for other apartments, but Pengman Beijing Rd. A-mall Apartment is the most busies. Big room, generally clean. Good location. Showing mall everywhere. Next to Beijing road.

Everything was OK!

This building has around 6 elevators Perfect location there a shopping mall in first floor Entrance security around the clock. It's location nearby bejjen road , nearby public plaza wonderful place at night to set . The hotel room is equipped with all your needs, Minor wall paint cracks is not a problem at all. I'm happy staying there. Also the owner is very responsive man respectful honest man.

Nothing actually nothing i can complain about.

I have stayed at this property before 4 years ago as it was good I decided to stay there again as the location was great. It suited us as we were 3 people which and rooms suitable for all .The location right next to the Mall was great as one day it was pouring rain so we went there for dinner without getting wet 👍😀

The kitchen sink tap was not working properly. The cleaning staff came every day but was not consistent and we had ring to check if they would be coming.

The location. Easy to access via metro or taxi. Walking distance to restaurants, mall, some local attraction e.g.大佛寺. 2 stations away from 陈家祠, no far from 珠江

The lift, long waiting time. The lights at lift lobby and corridor quit dim, not as bright as shown on the photos. Limited access card.

Very convenient to Mtr and Beijing road.

Walls are thin so you can hear every knock and bump around you. This is a tall building with many other apartment guests and business visitors therefore the lift wait for peak hours might get pretty long especially if you need to move luggage.

Easy access from the train station, location is good and convenient and easy to find, plus many foods available nearby.

Perhaps can provide some kitchen utensil and cutlery as customers may need to use it whenever is needed.

Clean and Nice room.. good for family and friends who need to keep in mind that the devider are made of glass.. even they put film some part of the body still see through.. the basement of the building connect to metro..
