Everything except for the reception. They were so naive and lack courtesy.

The reception (Male & Female) were lost despite me showing the hotel reservation. They keep asking whether I have a booking and after 20 minutes waiting, they show me a different rate than what was confirmed. Simply amazing personnel, just wonder how they were chosen to be in front office. Not a single word of English despite using translation to Mandarin.

The location is excellent for those who need to go to Dali or Lijiang by train as Kunming Railway Station is just 10 minutes away

Breakfast is not satisfactory and public toilets are not well maintained. No fridge in the room

Spacious rooms, good water pressure, consistent water temperature, non-slip bathroom flooring and fast drainage of shower water Comfortable beds and pillows, good heating Reception was very helpful - they allow taobao parcel to be delivered to reception desk, they offered to deliver our food from meituan app to our hotel room and when we accidentally placed a food delivery order for a wrong address, they assisted to help with the refund process on the app. Kudos to the hotel reception staff for being so helpful!

Property is at floor 21 and above. There are 4 lifts but only 2 are non-smoking lifts. Would be good if all 4 lifts are non-smoking.

Convenient enough location, not far from public transit. Plenty of taxis around too, with Didi also being a readily available option. Plenty of restaurants around, and the hotel has everything you need.

I didn't realize how far away it was from the train station. It looked like it was much closer on the map. It turned out to be a much longer and much more expensive ride than what I had anticipated upon arrival that night.

Great location, walking distance to the main railway station. We arrived late at night to rest and take next day train, the hotel met our expectations with 24/7 check in available, overall process is fast and the surrounding is quite as the hotel rooms are 20+ levels. Overall good experience, and value for money.

Seems levels could be accessed by public through a different lift without room card which might not be super safe.

The location is very convenient as it is very near the railway station and with lots of shops and a supermarket just very short walk away. Room is really huge for 2 persons.

Front desk staff speak only in Chinese and don't seem very friendly. You pay higher price for the room here since it's a Ramada chain but can get much better deals with similar types of rooms nearby.

Very large room with comfy and large bed, staff is very friendly and helpful, walking distance to Kunming Railway Station makes it very easy to go anywhere. There is a humidifier in the room which really helps with the dry air in Kunming. Plenty of supermarket and food options around the hotel.

Lift can be overcrowded during busy period in the morning. Do NOT use google map to find this hotel, use Baidu or map from booking.com.

Definitely choose this hotel when I come back. 6. I travelled to more than 60 countries around the world, for me this hotel ranked among the top five for its category.

- we had a big and clean room with comfortable bed and and an amazing view of the city. The hotel is very close to kunming railway station, 5-10 min. walk. Friendly stuff, who can understand and speak a little english!

The property is very modern, staff, facilities, and ambience perfect. The room was enormous.

Nothing at all with respect to the hotel. A little more available info with respect to public transport onwards travel would be welcome, bearing in mind the hotel's location near one of the main train stations.
