The room: The mezzanine bedroom design creates a light, spacious feel with a compact plan; loved the large shower, the compact but serviceable kitchen. Very polite and attentive staff for breakfast. Wonderful service from staff who explained everything clearly. Room daily serviced by polite/ capable staff. Well positioned hotel, great cooling air conditioning for hot, humid weather and provision of umbrella for sun. Great bed, large and very comfortable. Metro/ underground food mall entry 2 minutes from the hotel entry across the road. Great metro system with signage in English. As foreigners we were unable to purchase locally without cash, as all locals buy food and goods using we chat, which requires a local address and contact details. Staff kindly showed where foreign accessable atm was, 5 minute walk away. All other banks locally did not accept visa or mastercard.

Minor issues for host to look at improving: Shuttle driver found hotel easily but hotel position on google maps showed the hotel a couple of blocks away from its exact position. The shower does overflow at the door. Not much provided for utensils, just the basic- no sharp knives. More tea bags and milk at arrival would have been good for foreign visitor. At arrival the staff said breakfast provided as part of the room (as declared and booked on the website) was for only one person per double bedroom - bit weird since there were two of us booked. The staff kindly supplied enough coupons for both of us. Air conditioning was superb and ample but ground level and first floor systems not coordinated.

The room is comfortable, double bed is comfortable but just a bit snug as it’s a queen bed. Spacious and modern suitable for families. Noise of construction truck woke me up on the first night. I asked the staff about it and they immediately move me to the other side of the building.

Room - is comfy and neat for business traveler. Have washing machine which is very convenient for long stays. Location - is very convenient with Line 7 train station nearby and surrounded by supermarket, eateries and shops. Clean - Daily housekeeping cleaning which is great. Staffs - Friendly, helpful and excellent services.

The only thing I dislike is the pillow. The pillow is quite flat and soft compare to other International brand of hotels that I normally stayed.

Great location. 1-2 mins walk from Langao Station Exit 5. Modena is diagonally opposite Renaissance Hotel. Hotel exceeded my expectations. Langao Station is integrated with shopping mall with many eateries, supermarket, hair salon etc. hence it's very convenient. Modena surroundings have Starbucks, cafes, bubbles tea shop, private laundry services, family mart, Domino Pizza ... Modena itself have gym, children indoor playroom, laundromat (buy tokens from lobby staff), restaurant. Modena rooms are much spacious than the one we stayed at Beijing (East Sacred Hotel). Comfortable bed; firm. Bedsheets are clean & crisps Duvet crisps and "noisy", ruffling noise when toss. It's a well equipped mini home with well equipped kitchenette that allows you to whip up a simple meal. There is a medium size fridge (not mini fridge), microwave, powerful Philips brand hairdryer (relatively new), portable clothes dryer. Spacious stand in shower. Water pressure high with consistent water temperature. Basic toiletries eg. Shower Foam, Shampoo & Hair Conditioner. No toothbrush & toothpaste. Rooms have a selection of aircon or heater mode but functions are in Mandarin. All hotel rooms have balcony but not accessible for safety reasons. Only can open balcony door slightly with a restraint in place to allow ventilation.

Thin pillows. Inadequate bath towels. We booked for 3 pax but only have 2 big bath towels. The rest are 2 hand cloths, 1 bath mat, 2 small towels so we used 1 of the small towels as bath towels.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Good price. Close to the metro.

hotel is just less than 5-7min walk from Langao metro station. Luggage friendly. At Langao station, enough retail food stores to fill your stomach. There is also a supermarket too but supermarket does not accept Alipay do prepare cash. We commute to many of the major tourist spots via Langao and the common station to change is JingAn Temple. Navigation is never a problem. Hotel also provide Landromat services. 25RMB for either wash or dry. Cool.

Nothing to dislike about. perhap they can allow the window or balcony door open so that we can enjoy the city view.

Excellent value for money and the staff were very helpful at all times. The room had a desk with good wifi for some work. There is access (paid) to washing facilities. The hotel is just above a metro station, starbucks and a food court. The gym is great.

The bathroom was tiny with limited privacy if you arent sharing with your partner. The breakfast was great but the layout of the breakfast room was like an exam hall. The area is convenient but mainly good for business - no pretty restaurants or walks. You had to get on the metro for any of that. We had the double queen room, with a queen bed instead of the couch in the downstairs space. This felt a bit haphazard - there was no bedside light and the downstairs wardrobe literally still had the Ikea sticker in it. Might be better in the units with a living room downstairs.

LOVE the hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a wonderful stay. The hotel is more like a condo with everything inside. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 1 with tub, kitchen, living room with sofa and a basement with huge empty space to do some fun activities + bookshelf and working desk. The kitchen is a full kitchen with stove and everything. They even have plates and all utensils and even microwave so you can do anything here. It looks more like airbnb but it’s a 4 star hotel that has housekeeping and 24 hrs front desk. The price is VERY CHEAP compared to what we got. The staff are very helpful. Only 1-2 staffs can speak little English but the rest of them still super helpful with google translate. The location is the best. Got minimart + restaurants + hey tea + starbucks very very next door. The mrt is also very close. We love it here with the price we paid. We would definitely come back.

Only downside is probably one small bedroom AC is not as strong as the main bedroom and my husband sleeps like he is in the north pole so the staff has to bring big fan to help make the room as cold as the other room. Eventually we moved the mattress to the other room to sleep together cause it’s still colder there. but if you normally don’t sleep in very cold temperature then it is fine. All the rooms are fine.

Incredible value for money! It's literally a full duplex apartment with the ability to sleep multiple people. It has kitchen facilities and 2 bathrooms, a large communal area with a sofa bed, and another room with a sofa bed. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with ensuite. It was all clean and there were also gym facilities which were excellent - free weights, barbells and lots of cardio machines. There were also facilities for laundry. The location was excellent - close to subway and multiple shops. Would highly recommend this place!

The room is perfect. It is cleaned everyday when we stay there. There is also a small pantry. It is very convenient. Moreover, there is a small drying machine in the room for drying socks, underwears and other small clothes. There are also cleaning and drying machines on the second floor for guests to use with payment. The location is not too bad. The metro is in 3 minutes walking and there are so many restaurants and another good supermarket connected to the metro at basement level. There are also two Familymarts nearby the hotel. The ataff is also nice.
