Convenient and good value including free shuttle bus Terminal 1 3rd floor area 6 is what you need to know for the shuttle bus every hour

We were transiting through Shanghai when we stayed at the hotel. It was perfect for our situation. It was close to the airport and the staff were helpful once we arrived. We had an early morning flight and they provided a bagged breakfast for us since we would’ve missed the buffet. That was a very thoughtful touch. 

We sent several messages to the hotel about transportation, and they never responded to us. Once we arrived, it was clear that no one spoke any English so it was unlikely they even understood our messages sent on Booking.com and therefore disregarded them. The shuttle service to the airport runs once an hour, and the driver was very helpful with our luggage; however he took us to the wrong terminal. I think these small little glitches could have been avoided if some of the staff spoke English. It was just surprising given the fact that it’s Shanghai and it’s next to a International in Airport.

Ladies from reception need to be schooled. Didn't know how to explain if a payment already booked from bank account is paid or on hold, Didn't even knew the merchant name of the bank transaction if it belongs to this hotel or it was a scam. A lot of stress for welcome and a very expensive phone call with my bank at home. Not happy at all . I didn't even receive an apology only silence. Not professional, not tourist friendly, only for this reason will not come back ! NEVER!

A very convenient hotel if you’re staying overnight for a flight transfer in the morning. On arrival to Pudong airport, the shuttle bus service was easy to find without knowing the language. The hotel room bed is massive and toiletries are supplied in the lobby for collection. There were vending machines in the lobby which was convenient when arriving late at night for some snacks (including chips, cup noodles) and drinks.

The hotel was quiet in terms of traffic but for light sleepers the room isn’t sound proofed when neighbouring people leave theirs rooms in the morning (slamming doors was what woke me up). The hotel is advertised as no smoking but I could definitely smell cigarettes (maybe from the previous people that stayed in the room). It was bearable for the 1 night I stayed.

This hotel offers a 24 hour shuttle bus between airport and hotel, bus departures at every hour's 35 min from airport to hotel, and departures at every hour's 15 min from hotel to airport, very accurate and reliable, it takes about 10 min. Though near a main airport, my room was quiet, think they have sound proof windows. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff + the bus driver. Above my expectations was the hotel own restaurant, it's big and professional. Dishes are very fresh and high quality, at reasonable price. Restaurant staff also friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its new and clean rooms, the reliable and punctual shuttle bus, and wonderful and healthy restaurant.

Staff were very accommodating. We had a difficult time at the airport due to language barrier and staff leading us to wrong directions I just wanted to have a place to stay for the long 18 hour layover. Staff here allowed us to check in early. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was yummy and had many choices. We also dined in for lunch and dinner and food was so yummy. Staff were helpful booking the shuttle back to the airport and they ring your room to remind u to come downstairs a few minutes before shuttle arrives. I would most definitely recommend this place and will come back here if ever I need a place to stay for the layover.

Nothing to dislike

This is already our 2nd time here. The staff there are super friendly as always. The front desk and doorman gave us a warm welcome and efficiently handled our check-in and luggage. Our cleaning and supporting staff, with number 225, always go above and beyond to meet our need. The bassinet she set up for our little one was very cute. The included breakfast has a lot varieties and was delicious. We also had dinner there on the day we arrived, the dishes were a bit pricy but absolutely delicious and worth the dollar. The shuttle bus to and from airport is very convenient and clean!

- It has washing machines, drying machines and ironing for free!!! - The gym is two doors away so you can workout while waiting for your clothes to be ready. Toilets are also there. Very tidy! - For those who couldn’t eat breakfast because we have to fly very early they gave us take away!!! - The staff replied quickly when I made a question after I made the reservation. - The staff was really helpful with all the questions I had face to face. Very kind! - I got told to mention staff ID 205206 if I was pleased with the service so there it goes~ - The corridor had great illumination. My dad didn’t like my previous hotel because it felt like a haunted hotel hehe. - Shuttle service!!

- Note: is very far from the city, about 1:30hs or 2hs by metro. It isn’t something to blame on the hotel though, the city is just very far from the airport. - I made the same question before reserving twice, once in Chinese and the other in English and I didn’t get a reply. I don’t know what happened there. Maybe there’s a problem with this app? - I decided to go with the deluxe room to get the bathtub. I was hoping for hydromassage but no, it’s a normal bathtub. It was great and not so pricey though, but maybe I wouldn’t choose a more expensive room if I knew it.

Enjoyable breakfast buffet in the morning, wide range of choices. Convenient beds, we both slept like babies! Staff did a good job, communicating in English was good enough - functional. Check-in and check-out smoothly!

Shuttle bus departs only once per hour which is a bit annoying when you just get out of the airport a little too late. Cleaning robot at the elevator was very indecisive to come with us into elevator or not, caused some weird but funny delay. Views from the room ain't pretty so just keep the curtains closed.

Shuttle bus was very helpful. But would be good to have more frequency. Breakfast was delicious and full of options love it. Would be good to have a map or some more information about what else the guests could check out if they stay there short term. Also written information about how to take public transport and estimate price of DIdi or Uber.

The location was a bit far and felt there was nothing around. Perhaps have a bit more information about what else in around and how to get there.
