Lucy helped me check-in when I arrived from the Pudong International airport around 1:00am via hotel shuttle. He is really professional yet friendly. He gave me useful advices about the shuttle service for the next morning. Lucy also upgraded my room and gave me a free buffet breakfast, so that I can have a good rest after the long flight. I had a remarkable experience at this Ramada Plaza location. The hotel shuttle bus service is really on time. It runs til 1:30am from Pudong airport T1, which is a great help for late night flight. Location wise, the hotel is literally less than 10 min ride from the airport. Very convenient. The buffet breakfast is amazing. There are great varieties; from regular Western breakfast, traditional southern Chinese style breakfast. Also, they serve lots of fruit and juice.

If I need to be picky, the hotel might need some small updates overall. Some hotels provide sanitizing wipes for travelers so that travellers can clean their belongings easily. And if there is some USB charging port in the room, it will be fantastic.

Perfect hotel, this is my second time to stay at Ramada plaza and had amazing service and great overall experience. Great for family if you also have a long transit/passing through. Close to airport shuttle great, and on-site facilities (children’s play room so amazing). Room service is nice have tried a few different items now and fairly consistent. Special thank you to Zoe and Amelia at the front desk they were both so welcoming and helpful as I was travelling alone with two babies. They were very kind and made for a lovely welcome/experience at the hotel. Thank you both so much.

Close to the airport. In the morning only 5min with their own shuttle service to PuDong airport terminal. Friendly staff, special mention to Vicky at check in. Also their Brasserie services honest food. Ideal for the stopover I needed after more then 2 weeks of China travel. Good quality & nice rooms! Recommend & come back!

Attention to the ‘light’ sleepers: as this on just a stone throw of the airport, there occasionally is plane noise. For this reason also foc air plugs are provided in the room 😊

The Ramada is exactly what it needs to be: next to the airport, functional, clean and with a good service. The room and bathroom aren't large, but fit the bill perfectly for the function of an overnight stay. The bathroom, particularly, gets extra points for being straight-forward and for not trying too hard (no glass walls between bathtub and room, no "signature" scents...).

The shuttle to/from the airport could definately be better! For a hotel like the Ramada to share the shuttle with other hotels, and with such infrequent scheduling, it's a disconfort for the customer. The hotel's greatest asset, being 1 km from the airport, is lost when you have to wait for over an hour after a long flight to catch transport to your hotel, and when you have to go to the airport the next morning standing up on a crowded bus that has nothing to hold on to, with your luggage rolling around... (The hotel is the closest to the airport, and therefore the last stop for the bus). Also, the breakfast, for Western tastes at least, is limited.

For those who are looking for accommodation near to airport this is great choice. They have free shuttle bus that drives you directly to T1 and T2 terminal. Room is nice and clean. There is a welcoming fruit and water. earplugs are also available in the room for sensitive sleepers. as the hotel is located near the airport runway, it is possible that the noise of the airplane may be more or less bothersome to some.

the check-in staff does not bother to share information related to breakfast, internet connection, contents that you can possibly use during your stay.

It’s what you would expect from a Ramada.

It’s a bit overpriced compared to other Hotels near by. The Hotel is close to the Airport, too close to take taxi (I took one and the driver was very upset. I felt bad and gave him 100 yuan). Too far to walk and there is no information if it can be done. The Shuttle service needs to be greatly improved.. who wants to wait an 1 hr after 16 hr of travel.

The shuttle from and to the airport was very convenient (door 10 of the Terminal - across the road in a dedicated parking spot). The room was spacious properly equipped with a very comfy bed. The food taste good at the Lobby Café. I did forget some items in the safe in my previous stay and recovered all of them without problem.

The reception staff is rather cold and not so welcoming, which feels like a cold shower as soon as you get inside the hotel. Some of the furnitures in the room were rather old (ex: leather seat wearing off).

Thia Hotel is near Pudong airport (only 5.min. by car). The room and the staffs were OK. The dinning of restaurant inside of Hotel was not so good. We ordered a Hainan chicken rice. But unfortunately the dinner was not good and cold. I gave this informartion to restaurant manager. So we got the breakfast free of charge next morning, The hotel offers also a shuttle bus. But we lost it 2 times. We took the taxi to hotel.

They were kind enough to give us a free upgrade which we appreciated since we needed a good night's sleep upon arrival due to our flight arriving late in the night. Bathroom was very spacious and nice, particularly the shower.

I do feel the hotel could use a bit of renovating: the furniture and the floors are a bit outdated. The suite they gave us was close to some road works/construction outside the hotel so it was very noisy already from early morning.

Ms Wu (Snow) & Mr Lee at the front desk were professional, courteous and had expeditiously checked us in. The shuttle left punctually per the schedule. It was also noted that the hotel served food till midnight, so if you arrive late, like we did, you could still get a quick bite. The room was also quite despite its close proximity to the airport.

I found the bed a tad too soft for my liking and I had trouble turning on the TV.
