Accessibility from both - Hongqiao Railway Station and from Airport T2 by walking. It’s located inside Terminal 2 at 3rd floor near Gate 4. Food and Supermarket 10 min walk away in Hongjiao Train Stn. Hotel super comfortable. Good choice when traveling from / to Hongqiao.

The room was big, very clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. The location directly at the airport makes it easy to reach the metro.

The hotel is really good, but unfortunately it was very noisy during the night. In the first night I could not sleep at all, as they had very noisy preparations outside which started after midnight and were ongoing for several hours. The other nights they had works outside, as they used a vehicle to but bags of drash into a container. I do not understand, why this works starts after midnight and goes on for hours. Beside the noise in the hotel, it was very good. But sleeping well is very important that's why I will not come back.

Our room was very quiet. You can barely hear the airplanes, literally. We asked to be placed on the opposite side of the tarmac so our room faced the road, not the airport. That helped a lot. This hotel is VERY big. I didn't think an airport hotel would look so fancy. It was. There were also a lot of business travelers. Everything looked great for "airport hotel" standards. We had a short stay in Shanghai and arrived at Hongqiao late at night. We didn't want to take a taxi just to find a different hotel. The Hongqiao Airport also has large buses that can take you directly to Shanghai Pudong Airport w/ luggage hold underneath. People working at this hotel are so incredibly nice! Overall I think this hotel is comfortable and the location is great.

Location was perfect at the international airport terminal. Beautifully decorated. The staff were efficient.

The wifi was abysmal. The light at the room entrance could not be turned off so disturbed sleep. The sound insulation to the next room was not ideal the neighbours could be heard. The venetian blinds between the bed space and bathroom did not work well in this deluxe twin room. When someone was showering they could be seen from the bed space - the blinds did not close properly. I was there with my daughter and had to leave the room when she was in the bathroom for her comfort and dignity.

Doorman was very nice and helpful. The reception was very good as well. When I called the front desk and told them that the room smells smoked, the key was delivered so fast for room change.

When I opened the 1st room, it was no air-condition on and whole room was smell cigarette. Someone was there smoking before. The room number was F33. Then, changed it to F60. F60 has no that issue.

Location! Location! Location! I do not remember how many times I have been staying in this hotel but every time when I need to travel internally by train I will stay here, for its great location, especially when I need to catch a 6am train.

The lobby was a bit "hidden" when the taxi driver was trying to drop me. The GPS led us to the carpark of the hotel. I hope they can indicate somewhere in the description, where to drop, I remember the main door was facing the road leading to airport departure.

It literally inside the airport, so its amazing if you get shanghai late, you can stay at that hotel. In fact there is a subway station, and you can get the center of the city like in 20 mins. If you need to go to the other airport is the same subway line, so its aperfect stay in the hotel if you need to be near from the airport or you arrive very late.

the size of the room could be better but for the price, the hotel is totally great!

Excellent location right inside the Shanghai Hangqiao airport Terminal 2. And connection to Hongqiao Railway Station is walking distance internally just 10min leisure walk. Connection to Terminal 1 is also easy by subway Line 10 costing just RMB 3. This hotel was very convenient for me since I had to daily travel to different nearby towns by train and take flight

With such high cost of room rent breakfast should be inclusive

When I checked in Hotel on 28 July 2023, afternoon. I found I cannot get on Wifi with my MacBook . I called the Customer Service , 2 young men came one after another and have my problem solved successfully . They were so patient and egar to help that they have spent 1 hour or so to have my problem fixed . Appreciate if you could extend my appreciation for these young men service that had my experience at the hotel wonderful. Love and blessings/ Rebecca Lo

Very spacious and comfortable room with everything one could need. Staff very helpful, with good English. Very close to Hongqiao rail station, walking distance even with suitcase. Very good breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Our room overlooked the airport runway, but sound insulation so good we heard nothing.
