We thought this property was great. The staff were attentive, it was exceptionally clean and super handy to be right by the Hub and other malls. We were pleasantly surprised by the pool that it was on the 11th floor with views of the buildings/towers on the Bund - quite the treat. Breakfast was great for a buffet breakfast with the choices changing every day and any special requests were always done with no issues. The closest metro (Hongqiao Railway Station) is about a 20 minute walk but is on lines 2, 10 and 17. Makes getting to and from places a lot easy than most alternatives.

The only disappointing thing was that we couldn’t access the garden area due to it being closed for health and safety. To be honest a very minor issue in the scheme of things and one not to tarnish the rest of the place.

Very convenient location, great support from the staff, generally high level as expected. The ATM machine in a lobby is an advantage as it was hard to find other cash machines on the airport, railway stations and other public areas. The underground connection with the convention centre and Hongqiao Hub is perfect. An excellent breakfast with both Chinese and European food.

Just a short one - stains in shower cabin, not a dirt but something like damage of mold or mildew, hard to say. It wasn't big, but still.

Breakfast was very good and lots of variety. Room and location were quiet. Close to shopping mall and train station. Room was very spacious. Kitchen was great and sitting space really good. Great place to stay for a few days.

Kitchen could have had some things like plates, cups and cutlery, but we didn’t really had to the need for.

The hotel staffs ( receptionist, bellman , restaurant guys …) all are very professional, friendly , helpful … they can read your need and match it … I like the robot to clean and deliver the things …

Cleanliness, I like design of the room

I book 2 days and I make it very clear my check in 6-7am. Then I was charged with no show. My point here is this, they could just told me don’t need to book 2 nights upfront. All it takes was just a bit of initiative
