Despite the fact that English was very limitedly used, the staff gave great service. Everyone. From the doormen to the housekeepers, the receptionists, the customer service are wonderful, helpful & polite. The amenities are good. They function properly. We went during winter (as low as -8°C). Lo and behold, hot water is 24/7 endless supply. There is a shallow bathtub too. Good for soaking away aches & pains. Although we did not use the swimming pool or gym, there is a free laundry room located on the third floor of the hotel. They provided 3 washing machines, 2 dryers, hangers, iron, ironing board & also steamer. The location is heaven sent. Turn to the right & walk straight, there is the Xi'an Wall. Along the way, there is a pharmacy which we dropped by twice. There is also a small path selling a myriad of halal foods. Turn to the left, there is City of God Temple, Muslim Market Street, Muslim Quarters, Drum Tower & Bell Tower. There is also a Metro station Guangjijie exit A1. 1minute walk at the left from the hotel entrance. My husband & i have already planned to stay here again next winter. Although we will vusit Harbin, Lanzhou & Xinjiang too, Jin Jiang West Capital International Hotel will be our base for our China trip.

No aircon during winter. We stayed there for 10days. The first night, i slept in sweat. Had to open both windows & request for a fan. They happily obliged & we used it to suck in cold air into the room. Although there are halal foods available surrounding the hotel, how we wished the hotel do serve halal food. There are days when we woke up hungry, but still have to get ready & only get food outside.

The location is truly the best part of the hotel. Though breakfast was not included during our stay, the hotel's proximity to the Muslim Quarters was extremely convenient for getting food both in the morning and late at night. Major attractions like the Bell and Drum Towers are right down the road a short walk away, and the metro exit is right at the hotel's doorstep. The laundry room which guests can use for free, equipped with detergent, dryers, and steamers. Rooms were nothing fancy, but nothing to complain about either.

Some of the guests would smoke in the rooms, but leave the door ajar (presumably so as not to trigger smoke alarms), which would cause the entire hallway to smell heavily of smoke.

The hotel is ideally located near the snack street and the metro station. The bed is comfortable with a variety of pillows to choose from (call room service), greatly improving the quality of sleep. Prompt response and reliable service. The bathtub and instant hot water is a pleasant plus.

Since the hotel has central air conditioning, it cannot be turned on to cool the room during the fall, but at this time, the room temperature is no less than 26°C (79°F), feels stuffy when I sleep. The laundry is self-service and not delivered to the room. Lights are old and the room is a bit dim at night. The elevators are strangely slow.

The property had a nice a layout and seems to been kept up to date. It’s clean and modern but decorated with a beautiful traditional chines twist. Wifi was working well. Liked the complimentary drinks in the mini bar. The staff were very nice especially David and John Yang. Though there was a confusation on how the city tax should be calculated. The room I was given had a decent view overlooking the Muslim quarter which is literally a minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was quite generous where Chinese and western style are offered.

Great location- few minutes walk from Muslim Quarter, Bell & Drum Towers, Guangjijie Metro Station, multiple shops and eateries. Plenty of breakfast choice (although some of the hot choices can be lukewarm). Rooms are large, plenty of hot water for shower. Self service (& free) laundrette. Lovely staff- most were really helpful- special mention to smiley young lady with short hair inside the entrance and the concierge who helped us get a taxi to the airport. Prompt response when reported a problem in the bathroom. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Many international tourists, standard of English spoken appeared to be better than most of the other hotels I stayed at during my 2 week trip to China.

Decor maybe due for an update but all perfectly usable. Rooms were a bit warm- needed to open windows at night.

The breakfast is quite tasty. The location is very close to Muslim Quarter, so you can enjoy a walk from the hotel to there every day. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I don't know Chinese and everyone is not fluent in English, but they try their best to help me if I have any question. I really appreciate that. You can also enjoy dinner in the hotel's restaurant. I had my dinner in the restaurant in 1st floor. It was great, and the price is quite okay to me. Moreover, Internet is quite fast and stable. I stayed in a Deluxe room, and the room is quite big, with a nice view to the city road. Definitely come back here, if I can visit Xian again in the future.

The staff were really friendly despite not speaking any English. We had an issue with our bathroom and they reacted quickly and had maintenance come out to fix it immediately. The location is good, walking distance to the drum and bell towers and right next to the Muslim quarter. One of the best food streets in Xi’An is also right next door so it’s perfect. Bed was super comfortable and TV was brand new.

The rooms themselves could do with a bit of an update. The lobby area is very beautiful but the rooms feel tired and worn. Breakfast was pretty average and ran out at times

The location is excellent, right in front of a metro station, close to the drum and bell tower, and reasonable distance to the wall. Self-service laundry is available for free. Room is quite comfortable, bed of good quality, and bathroom of good size. Staff is very friendly and helpful (English is still a barrier, but everything worked great with the help of an online translator) . Special thanks to Mr John Yang and Mrs Spring for their great service and support which made our stay even better.

Located in the heart of the old town, this hotel offers great service to its guests. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely manager, who spoke perfect English. She ensured we checked in without any issues. The hotel AC was cool, and the lobby was a great place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The rooms were spacious, the fridge in the room was great to cool down your drinks. The minibar prices were also on point. The staff was welcoming, and they really shown great hospitality during our stay.

Some guests smoked in their rooms, despite the hotel having plenty of sings that smoking is not allowed. It's not the hotel's fault, its the guests that didn't respect the rules.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very central in the city and next to a big bazaar/market. All the staff including front office staff (John Yang and Spring) are excellent. They are helping and speak good English. Breakfast served is very good and restaurant staff are great too. The interiors of the hotel is very good and it is a wonderful hotel to stay. Will certainly book it again if I am there. Overall, an experience that certainly exceeded my expectations.

There was nothing that I did not like. Everything seems to be nice.
