Super comfortable and nice apartment, with everything you may need for your stay. Spacious rooms, well kept, super clean, plenty of storage space and cloth hangers, great shower, with minor issues as elsewhere. Staff ready to help. The location (Quinta Paredes) is great if you plan to visit around, since you are somehow in the middle of the city, so going south or north is quicker, and in peak hours that is a real plus. The area around the hotel is safe. Of course, it is not as nice as being in the Chico (northern part of the city), a nice neighborhood with upscale bars and trendy restaurants, but for our purposes was perfect (I have to admit that we where hesitant and in doubt whether to stay there or in the much nicer northern Bogotá). Taxis (or Ubers) are cheap in Bogota anyway, so moving around is easy. I would stay there again with no doubt. (We stayed on a double superior apartment # 407, facing back. There are no doubles in the front of the building with street views, I was told).

Not that I do not like, but just a piece of advice: upon request they give you a basic set for cooking, which includes an aluminum pot the handles of which get extremely hot. I burnt my fingers while boiling water because of the handles, nothing serious luckily, but you should be warned, or better (safer) pots should be provided. Also, beware of the wooden leg supporting the bathroom sink. Ours was not fixed to the floor, and since the sink is floating, if you accidentally happen to move the support out of place, a disaster may happen. Finally, the air extractor in the bathroom is linked to one of the lights, and cannot be turned off, and boy, it is noisy...

I was here for 16 days and facility is well located, secure place,room service Mon - Sat ( reliable ) Very good customer service in general, shout out to Humberto, John & Camilo…& Dilan ( chef ). Breakfast was good & the soup “highly recommended”. If you want to cook, talk to front desk dialing 9. If you need a taxi, just talk to them and It will be at front asap ( service secure) Places to visit: Gold Museum ( ticket $ 1.20 each pay cash) Monserrate ( ticket $ 6 each pay with credit) be there early ( 8:30 - 9:30 am ) later it will be crowded. Gran Estación Mall is very close from hotel, 30 mits walk during the day, at night, not recommended. Beware in downtown, walk smoothly, crowded area, phone on your pocket not on your backpack, don’t be naïve. This is a rough city but at the same time a lot of decent citizens too. I’m done

Internet isn’t so powerful but I believe the staff is working to offer better quality service for guests.

The personal was amazing, dedicated and friendly. We had an inconvenient, missing a phone in a taxi and the female reception was invaluable as she contacted the taxi company and we were able to recover the phone really quickly which was a huge relief since we were on our way to the airport when we realised it was missing. We want to thank so much to her a lot. Also to all the personal, they were informative, friendly, the breakfast was delicious and plenty. I'm going to booking them again for sure.

Nothing bad. Really great people and installations

Staff were very helpful. The apartment was located at the back and was quiet and beautifully appointed and ser voiced daily. The breakfast was excellent with eggs cooked to order. It was a taxi ride everywhere but the taxis were very cheap and initially the staff helped booking taxis. I later downloaded the app and did it myself. Don’t hail taxis in the street as it’s not safe.

Cook ware for the 2 gas burners wasn’t supplied.

The hotel was really lovely and the staff were very accomodating. It was a 20 minute drive to the city centre and was very easy to get there and back quickly. The room was really clean and comfortable. There were so many amenities in the kitchen, bathroom, and the bed was extremely cozy.

We got in at 8 a.m., and we were offered the opportunity to check in early, but it was very expensive. It seemed silly that they had the room available, but they would make us pay extra. However, I understand it is company policy. The complimentary breakfast was very mediocre.

Great staff, atmosphere, location. It was a great little apartment away from home. It was nice to have a refrigerator and small dining area in our room. Breakfast was simple in a beautiful side courtyard. I personally loved all of the plants throughout the lobby and breakfast area.

The bed was very firm which made for many times of waking up throughout the night to reposition. Others in the building were talking very loudly, knocking and slamming doors during the night.

The apartment style is very convenient and nice; the bed is extremely comfortable and the apartment is well laid out. There is the ability to do laundry (40'000 COP) and that was extremely convenient. Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole time.

It would have been nice to have some tea with breakfast but this is likely knit-picky!

Great value for money. My whole week here cost less than one night at the Hilton where my colleagues stayed. The breakfast was very yummy (they make you eggs!) and there’s even a tiny gym. They clean the room everyday and give you new towels.

I got a little hot with the interior facing room but opened the windows which helped a bit. There were no pots/pans for the kitchen. The wifi in my room didn’t work so well but it worked downstairs in the main floor.

The staff was very helpful and professional, especially the reception staff and Hector who made our breakfast experience really excellent

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was on the same switch as the light. This is very noisy and you can either choose to tolerate the noise or use the bathroom with lights off.

Booking..com service... I have a family issue and can't get there the first night, I have to cancel the first night and have to pay a lot more for less nights. "No show" politics, cancelled and change dates politics punish the client with the same price without and ask or options. Booking doesn't care about client situations or context.
