The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff was helpful and supportive. The best hotel employee was Vivienne who was really nice and supportive. The breakfast is not buffet but they give you an option for eggs your way or other Colombian dishes as usual in Colombia along with fruits. Breakfast is dedicated to Colombians and not expats as usual in Colombia. The area is safe with good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. However it's not recommended to walk alone at night unless in a group as a common practice in Colombia.

For our first stay everything was nice, just the breakfast which was very Colombian and the fact that the jacuzzi need activation from a staff member. So you have to call the reception everytime you would like to use it and they will send someone to activate.

We stayed in this hotel a week earlier and it was very nice. There was a good employee serving the breakfast and made sure the food was well prepared and took well notes of our allergies. However when we came back to the hotel after a short trip outside Bogota, there was another employee, who was literally terrible. He did not listen to our allergy instructions or food preference and served the wrong food twice. The hot drinks were served in dirty cups, and when we repeated the request and asked him to change the food, he served it burned, so we just left and had breakfast outside. Still Vivienne was the best employee we met during the visit and we have informed her that we will not be coming back to the hotel because of the unprofessional employee serving the breakfast.. it's a good hotel and maybe you will be lucky not to meet the only unprofessional employee at the hotel so it's still recommended.

That unprofessional employee serving breakfast during our stay..we don't know the name but the week before, we met another employee who was very professional..that is why we did not come back to the hotel to avoid such bad experience with that waiter.
