I loved how clean and organized it was, good lightning. The place is very well organized, it was quiet. Room was very cozy and there is a little nice balcony to see the city. Very well located. The place is spotless. We got the crib we asked for, good AC in the room, shower was nice and water temperature perfect. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast options were really good and food was delicious. Good wi-fi. Definitely good value.

I really loved this hotel. I travel a lot. This place is really great. Excellent detailed room, great breakfast and friendly helpful staff. A great value in every aspect. In Bucaramunga I will stay here again. Felt like an apartment!

I am grateful that the hotel had a gym, but the gym is not of the exceptional level as the rest of the hotel.. With an investment in this space it could also be exceptional.

I had a lovely room on the 9th floor with views over city. Breakfast was included and was the best - lots of choices, all delicious. It’s in a good location, safe, and with lots of bars and restaurants in close walking distance. Added bonus, one of the reception staff spoke English which was a real plus as my a Spanish is atrocious. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Bucamaranga.

I enjoyed the snack bar in the room, but I wish they had more of a selection for water. Such as Hatsu, which is a great brand for great quality water 👌 Although, I wished someone would have helped me with the bags as I was struggling as I walked in. The hotel Spiwak Chipichape in Cali. They immediately helped me with my bags to my room without any hesitation.

There was way too much noise by the balcony because of construction. 🙄

The location is excellent. Great area, safe to walk and close to many restarurants, coffee shops and local parks. Rooms are clean and spacious. Lobby is also very inviting and we liked that the parking space is easy to access.

The beds are clean but mattresses could be more comfortable.

The staff were amazing. Very nice and very helpful. I was here to go on many dates with many women and every time a new woman came to visit me at my hotel the hotel staff were very discreet. HAHA - I loved that I had a balcony and I really like the big showers. The bed and the pillows are world-class and so incredibly comfortable.

Breakfast was good not great. But it will do. Not many choices. Location is very good since it is near the zona rosa area. And you can walk to most places.

I paid for a upgraded room but I dont think it is worth it since the basic room is the same, only a little smaller. I ate at the restaurant once, the food could be better, even though is not that pricey. Staff was great.

The location was unbeatable! In the surrounding neighborhood you will find excellent dining and shopping options. Men, if you're look for a good barber Caballeros VIP Barbershop Barberia is located just across the street. The view from the restaurant let's you feel the energy this part of the city has to offer!

This is easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in due to the STAFF who were the best people ever. I mean everyone from security to the front desk to the beautiful cleaning lady Isadora. There is just no words but I do want to say thank you my friends.
