Provide medical service free of charge if required. Offer transportation services for reasonable prices. Generally clean room. Beautiful view (mountains on the left, sea on the right). Supermarkt close by.

Smelly towels for pool/beach. Employees are very slow in processing your orders. We had issues in our first room with the sink completely falling off and the poorly functioning shower drainage (but got offered a new room asap). Very quite hotel. No activities and nearly none of the costumer were at the restaurant or pool bar. The pool is being shared with the people staying in the apartments next door.

Beautiful hotel and facilities. Staff was helpful and nice. The beach was beautiful, even the beach vendors were nice. The room is big and the view of the pool and beach are a plus. The elevators work well, but don’t forget your key or it won’t work. I felt secure and safe always, even at night.

The pillows were huge and bulky, not good ergonomics. And the outside surrounding the hotel could be improved, but I don’t know if the hotel has any say on sidewalks and street conditions.

* Very friendly staff and the organized schedules for breakfast * This is my second visit and did not have any problem and they also helped me out with the transfer from the airport * Rooms are exactly as in the booking * Breakfast has a decent variability

* The pool bar has an insane schedule, they offer drinks from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, which does not make sense on Weekends and Friday nights. This should be at least until 11:00 pm or 11:30 pm. * Colombia is a country with lots of fruits they should put more options on the breakfast buffet * Tours & visited guides lady made two mistakes on the services that we took for Tayrona and Bahia Concha. She confused the destinations, dates, and the tours that we paid for, we were in the place [bahia concha] and she forgot to mention that we paid for lunch and snorkeling, so the tour guide didn't want to take the service. We had to call from a very low signal area to solve the confusion, it was really uncomfortable.

Great location, being close and offering amenities in the beach.

Breakfast buffet is a low quality service for the cost, besides the hotel offer it’s rates with and without the breakfast option, tricking guests to chose the lower value option when the standard in all Colombian hotels is to offer rates with breakfast. Pillows were low quality too and the service in the restaurant of the pool area was slow.

The breakfast buffet, the wellness area, the pool , the nice staff and the amazing comfortable matress🥰 I havent slept so good in a long time. So thanks for the amazing matress. I also liked the fact that there is a gym and a working space. In general the restaurant is very fancy and clean. I had a very good time and the staff was super helpful and nice🙏🏼🙂 Thank you.

A nice modern hotel, very well located, near a mall with plenty of food options. Also, very close to a great beach. The facilities were modern and clean. The staff was attentive and very friendly.

Unfortunately, they have a problem with their water system and we spent the last night and day without a water supply to our bedroom. They took a bit longer than expected in this kind of situation to offer a solution and communication wasn't great to start. After that hiccup, they did very well offering us a range of solutions.

The location, facilities, staff, and overall facilities. Very comfortable and fresh rooms.

Slightly confusing pricing not necessarily in line with what we were expecting from our reservation via booking, and I am not talking about the VAT bitumen general pricing.

Is a really nice hotel with a great swimming pool and a very nice breakfast. The staff was also really helpful. Although it is not a beach front hotel, it is within walking distance. No more than 2 or 3 minutes.

I think the prices of minibar consumption are extremely high and not at all justified. I know it is normal for hotels to charge a lot for those options, but in this case they are obtaining a 20x profit on things. Regarding the lunch, the prices are also a bit high and the portions do not meet expectations, although the flavor was awesome. Finally, must say that pillows were not comfortable at all.

The staff is was outstanding, always on top of things and willing to make everything even more confortable. The hotel was organized and tidy at all times, the pool was great for relaxing and disconnecting. The buffet service had a lot of options and was well presented.

Our room had an odor problem, some how a cooking smell enteres.

The staff was extremely friendly and always proactively willing to help. The pool area was very nice. The way to the beach is very short with a separate exit/entrance which made it easy to access. The food in the own restaurant is very very nice and the prices are more than fair!
