I was impressed before i came here.There was a glitch on the website, that even though i put in dates,booked it for the day of the booking,not the stay. I called the Hotel, and a gentleman called Olger helped to correct it in no time. The receptionist, the housekeeper, the shuttle driver,and the bar staff were all great. When i got to the room I couldn’t get the coffee maker to work. Tried several times, then i went into the hallway, where a housekeeper was cleaning a room. She was not the housekeeper for my room i learned later. I told her the issue,and she immediately took the coffee maker from the room she was cleaning, and swapped it for the one in my room, and made sure it was working before she left. The room was cozy, and quiet,considering how close it is to the airport. Great little coffee shop a short walk away .

The breakfast was great, lots of options and very fresh. The only thing I think would improve the breakfast is maybe extending it until 11am :)

More options on the restaurant menu. I tried to order a French onion soup and apparently they are no longer serving the soup. So an updated menu would be beneficial. Also the drink menu needs a description of what is in the cocktails so that it is easier to know what type of drink you want to order. Another small thing was that I travelled with my daughter and my husband so there was 3 of us but the first night we arrived there was only two towels in our bathroom, so maybe to know how many guests are staying in a room and making sure there is enough for all the guests :) but I really have no complaints

Stayed here twice for transit reasons. This is an excellent Liberia airport hotel. The hotel offers an airport shuttle, that runs every 15 minutes. The hotel is very new, we felt like we were some of the first guests to stay there. The complimentary breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a wide variety of food items for all tastes. We were fans of the Gallo Pinto and Pollo. Didn't get to use the pool area, but it looked like a great place to spend the afternoon. Staff were very professional and helpful. The hotel is pet friendly and there is a fenced pet relief area in the back of the hotel.

The Staff, security, calm, quiet(never ever even heard a plane) and serenity was incredible. Top notch and fully remodeled exactly the way I would have done. Zen. Colors meets modern sleek design. PS the bee hive honey was brilliant!! And wow! Crazy? Photo attached. The staff even went out of their way to tell me who their cabinet room designers were. Wow! Who does that? I just wished so bad I had had change to tip the bell man who helped me with luggage. I felt bad. First time ever I did not tip in my life. I just didn’t have Change for a $100. CR people need gratuities. They get paid poor wages.

I wish the housekeeping staff would recognize, “I am resting” and stop trying to get in my room. The door hanger is there for a reason.

I stayed at this hotel for one night after my flight and in anticipation of moving onto my intended destination. The hotel is very clean and safe for me as a solo traveler. It has a pool and a restaurant. The free breakfast was good with many choices. The hotel is very close to the Liberia airport and the free shuttle was easy to take.

The hotel is off of a main road and is quite isolated among some office buildings. There are no shops or restaurants nearby.

We took a 5AM shuttle. We were provide with a boxed breakfast but declined since we did not have the time on the way to the airport. We had lunch at the pool bar when we checked in. Both had the burger which was excellent.

Requested a 4AM wake up call that was missed. Desk said it was not noted on our file. No problem. Our alarms worked.

New modern hotel with furnishing that is above Hampton standards. The breakfast area is really cute with good options right before an early flight. There's also an outdoor pool you can enjoy. Comfy mattress. Lots of storage and free water bottles!

The access between parking and front door is a bit far but we just parked by the front entrance to unload first. The shower pressure is weak.

The staff is very kind, multiple breakfast options, the rooms are very clean and nice, very safe place to stay, close to many beaches, shops, restaurants and in front of the airport. I will come back for sure.

The restaurant took more than 1 hour to prepare our food, also the food arrived cold. Try to go to other restaurants around, we went to the downtown and found multiple restaurants open until 22:00.

I did not have a car so wish there had been a restaurant for dinner within walking distance. the hotel does have a restaurant. the food is good but a fairly limited menu and pricey. there are no typical Costa Rican food options on the menu. but the hotel was great and I would stay there again.

Location is great, the property is very nice, clean and modern, the staff is very friendly and the food is pretty good. We also had great views from our room.

The bed is too small, despite it was comfy. You can hear people next door, the check in and check out was good, but maybe this hotel will need more staff, it was just 1 person at the reception and I had to wait long time.
