Bol is a very beautiful place and this resort is ideally located: it's a 15 minute walk to the heart of Bol and a 15 minute walk to the beach Zlatni rat. The resort is not new, but the rooms in Bonaca have been refurbished, so they are new-ish and clean. The whole resort is packed with greenery and has beautiful views of the mountains on the one side and the park/forest on the other. The pools in the resort are nice, but only 1,4 m deep. And usually packed with screaming kids. The food in the restaurant was very good, even though I would appreciate a little more variation of breakfast foods. Lunch and dinner always provided meat and fish options, as well as pasta and vegetarian / vegan meals. Even gluten free was available. WiFi was very good and the staff very friendly.

I stayed in Pavilion 1 and my room got pretty noisy during the evening musical events (every night 9-11 p.m.) The room was fine, but a bit small (I could barely fit my opened suitcase on the floor). The room and linen were clean, but the linen were torn, which I wouldn't expect in a 4* establishment. The room got quite hot quite fast and I kept on using the AC, even though I stayed there in late September.

The Hotel is located very close to infamous beach - Zlatni Rat. Full Board Plus, meaning that breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as drinks are included. Sadly, I did not really have time to enjoy it every day, I would skip lunch some days when going far for a whole day. My room was ok for me as a solo traveler, cleaned pretty much daily as I requested, had enough towels and shower accessories. Actually, the shower is the main reason I booked this room. It had very good water pressure and different modes as well. Quiet hours are pretty much after 23:00 to 07:00 so I got good uninterrupted sleep overall, despite the majority of guests staying with small children nearby.

I could not use air con while sitting outside on balcony, as the open door sensor would trigger the air con to switch off, that was a bit annoying. But the receptionist informed me of that, so not a big deal. The safe was broken and did not have any instructions on how to use. I ended up of not using it at all, keeping my valuables with me, so all turned out well. Residences of the hotel are spread around various locations, eg annex buildings, meaning a lot of walking. Distances to port and beaches are about +/- 20 min walk, I would recommend renting a bike next time for convenience, and to avoid the heat / sunburn in the daytime.

A/C blocked at 22 degrees, very loud and lack of possibility to regulate

The first blessing when we got there was that we were immediately allowed into our room because it was ready. To someone who's been traveling from 6 am that day it meant a lot. Second blessing was being told not only do we have breakfast included but also lunch and dinner. The third was that there was a tennis tournament going on and both of us are tennis player. We cannot express how much love we have for this place! And the food is awesome too! Well managed, well operated and well maintained place. We are already planning a family trip for next year. For us the most magical area is the one by the Beach Zlatni Rat and this property was in the perfect location close to the beach, 5 minutes away. We felt like we were in heaven. I almost forgot - bear and wine is included with the meals! Pizza is heavenly (this compliment is not given lightly since we are pizza lovers, makers and overall connoisseurs.) Pick this place - you will not be disappointed! It will surpass all your expectations!

Location lovely. Breakfast lunch and dinner buffet was great. Rooms spacious modern and clean. Ran out of pool towels at 2 pm and was advised that’s it for the day. Instead of pool boy sitting in a room full of dirty towels maybe have a washer and dryer going all day to avoid lack of towels. Grounds lovely.

Pool area entertainment lack lustre. Need staff with more enthusiasm.

Staff is amazing, no many Croatian speakers but still very friendly and always eager to help with any kind of information or assistance. Pool is big enough and with high safety standards. Zlatni Rat is very close like 15 minutes walk with a 4 yr old. Food is very very good. Various options with fish on a daily basis.

Room wasn't that clean unfortunately from the previous shift. There were a lot of spider webs all across the room so we had to clean it first. Sheets and towels were very clean on the other hand. Parking is not free, there is an 8 euro per day charge which I didn't see when booking. It is not a big deal honestly but would like to have that information when booking.

Clean, renovated rooms with trees outside, nice area. Good location not far from the beach. Pool area was nice, clean.

Would have liked hotel owned sun beds at the beach, so you don’t have to pay 40EUR every day. The fish in the restaurant often was over-seasoned, too salty. Food choice was not too big, specially vegetables and fruits. But overall food was good enough for family needs. No help to carry luggage from the reception to the room. Depending on your room, the distance could be big. Some electric carts would be nice. If there was such an option and reception did not offer that it’s even worse :) People jumping in the pool and staff not caring in-spite of this being against the rules. Some more experienced staff would be good.

Hotel is new renovated. Rooms very clean and spacious. We stayed in one family room and one extra double room. Both rooms with terrace and sea view. Good comfortable beds. Both pools were clean and children friendly. All inclusive restaurant was excellent. We stayed for one week and there was different food every day. Very good choice of veggies, different kind of meat and fish, salad, fruit and desserts. Everything was fresh and tasting good. Good service. A lot activities, possibility to use tennis courts.

The lunch and dinner food was tasteful. Good variety. Free drinks with each meal plan. The red wine was so-so, but the white one we liked. The rooms are new and spacious. The surroundings are beautiful. Good value for money.

Breakfast was decent but lacked variety. E.g. coffee is limited to only black coffee, no self-made coffee machines. There are no sweats at breakfast, no nuts etc... The swimming pool area feels deteriorated and quite chaotic. Children are jumping from everywhere and no one minds. The towels can be picked at the pool but they are often gone and the staff is just sitting without any pointers or intention to solve the issue.

We stayed in family room deluxe,good sized and confortable rooms. Daily cleaning. The pool area is nice, it was always possible to find sunbeds. Kids club was a plus. Staff were polite and nice. Very good food, lots of choices and variety everyday. Location is good, the beach famous beach Zlatni Rat is in 10 min walking distance. Close to Bol center also, nice stroll in the evenings where you can find few restaurants and bars. Recommended hotel.

Even though this is family hotel, the walk paths were not stroller friendly. Lots of stairs going to the beach and up to the rooms. It is allowed to smoke outside areas like by the pool and the restaurant, which was quite unpleasant.
