Fantastic, responsive staff, modern and functional rooms/houses, a lot of amusement for kids, nice location, nature around , good food.

Big number of local, loud people on the resort pool. I don’t mind locals on a beach, but if you pay for big money for expensive resort it is simply not fair to let so many people in for free, on the hotel facilities. I have never seen that on any resort. I felt like a fool. Why not to take cheap apartment close to resort, and simply walk in to use the facilities for free? On the other hand, hotel guests do pay 10 eur for a sun bed on beach, while locals are for free on the pool in resort with very serious prices. Lot of cats in a restaurant, it is not good from hygiene point, not to mention that some people are allergic, there should be at least one cat free corner of the restaurant.

I would absolutely recommend this property for younger families! The waterpark was a huge hit with the kids, as was the evening magic show!! We enjoyed time at the pool and even we for a swim at the resorts beach. Our package was inclusive of dinner and breakfast (both buffet) and was a completely amazing selection of foods (definitely something for both the adults and children). No chance to lose weight on this trip!!

Not sure if the Resort operates a shuttle to-from Stari Grad Port, but a free service for guests would definitely define the total experience from arrival to departure. If arriving by ferry (without a car) it's too far to walk to and from the ferry port. Luckily there are plenty of taxi's that coordinate themselves around ferry arrival and departure times.

Great location. Nice large rooms with all the comforts. Staff is super nice. The kids loved the Maro club (kids club) and the activities organized by them (dancing, magic show etc). Wide selection of good food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Drinking water should be always available (for free) in this kind of structures. It is strange because water is available for breakfast at a dispenser but unfortunately not for dinner (you can purchase a 0.75L bottle for 5 euros). The cleaning of the room generally takes place after 2pm which for us was a little inconvenient because it is when the kids (and sometime the adults) would take a nap. Also, the feeling is that when the cleaning crew comes in and you are in the room the cleaning is a little bit more superficial (fast).

My family had an incredibly joyful week here. The initial impression of the resort was environmentally friendly, exceptionally clean, and the staff were extremely kind. My family stayed in the Family Suite - Terrace. The indoor space was spacious and comfortable for three people. The small playgrounds scattered throughout the resort, the swimming pool, and the beach a 5-minute walk away were all incredibly beautiful and clean. My family spent most of our time at the beach. The buffet-style breakfast and dinner were satisfying with a variety of fresh foods. The recommendations for grilled fish and local wine for dinner were also excellent. And when my dog accompanied me to the restaurant, they always brought clean water. Thank you. The sight of staff lighting candles on a cake and singing together for a child or an adult celebrating their birthday was familial and memorable. I would gladly recommend this resort for my friends. If you want to escape from the routine and seek relaxation, set off on a journey to this place.

My terrace was private, making it a great play area for my dog. However, there are many cats there. The moment I opened the door for a morning walk, a cat that had entered the area attacked my dog, and his ear got hurt. It seems caution is needed.

Lovely new hotel which feels secluded enough to enjoy nature, but also is very well connected to Stari Grad centre (15-20 min walk down by the water). The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean. Very well catered for families, but equally good for singles/couples to relax. Can use the facilities of the hotel next door (Places) which feels more catered for adults only. The hotel has a private beach with sun loungers (more like a concrete platform by the water but it’s perfect!) with a beach bar which unfortunately was shut due to it being off season. My favourite thing was the staff - everyone’s super friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Tanya and Christina at reception who were very accommodating and had lots of recommendations to move around the island, Ante at the restaurant who really took care of me and Filip in the animation team who brought a contagious positive energy and was also super friendly. Good amount of food options both for breakfast and dinner.

I was disappointed with the dinner offered at the restaurant - I arrived at 8:15 pm and the hot grill was no longer cooking, and the food that was on the hot counter was stone cold. However when I brought this up all members of staff, everyone was super attentive and rectified this by cooking something specially for me and offering a complimentary drink. I was looking forward to all the sports activities I’d read the hotel offered but unfortunately on the days I was there the options were limited (more activities for children). However I suspect this is because this is the off season and I’m sure they’ll be much better prepared In the peak of summer. Other than that, everything was absolutely great so don’t let this put you Off- I very much recommend this place!

Pool was so fun for the kids - like a water park with no lines. Food was good, staff very willing to help. Spotless clean, thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Walking path from hotel to Stari grad was lovely plus water trampoline thing was a lot of fun.

I did not like the beachfront area. Was not comfortable to sit or swim and had to pay for chairs there which is silly. There was an under construction part on the ocean front that was kind of trashy. I think they are probably going to transform it, but in an ideal world the resort would have its own dedicated waterfront area with amenities there. It’s beautiful overall and the ocean is warm and blue

We loved the Eco aspect of this resort. You are reminded to conserve water, electricity and to recycle. More hotels should follow their lead! The cabanas around the pool are free, which is a nice touch. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the lady at reception who’s name I have forgotten!

There is only 1 restaurant, but only a 15min walk into the village where there are some lovely restaurants should you fancy a change. I know it’s a new resort and it looks like they are still developing the sea front section but there is no security or gate, so anyone can access the resort.

The staff were fantastic and the food was delicious. Rooms were very comfortable. Great that you could go between this and the hotel next door as it gave you best of both.

The reservation centre were very unhelpful when I tried to find out something about my stay. They were obviously following a scrip, however when I got hold of the hotel directly they were fantastic. I feel like there could be more shade by the pool area, or maybe a different surface as the pavers are very hot. The hotel next door had a much nicer atmosphere around the pool, however obviously our kids loved this one with the slides. Just wish it was a bit “:softer” with more shade.

The entire concept is really good. The staff is outstanding. Maro club for kids is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Facilities are very nice.

Check-in was delayed which was inconvenient for us since we had 2y old toddler that had to sleep, they didn’t manage to provide clean clothes on time (as per their offer/commitment), the room wasn’t cleaned regularly and the food at the restaurant was quite average - good variety but very “plain” taste.

Modern and very clean room and facilities. Excellent kids club - best we’ve ever seen. Staff are so friendly and helpful. They happily organised a cake for our daughter’s birthday. Food was delicious and very fresh. Buffet had a great variety. Ante was fantastic and always happy to help with any requests.

Allergen signage could have been better during breakfast and dinner. A few times staff couldn’t tell us what type of nut was in certain meals/ desserts.
