Beautiful location, fantastic architecture and room design. Very comfortable rooms. Congrats to architects and interior designers. Nice and helpful staff and most importantly, non-pretentious, friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious.

A restaurant in a 5 stars hotel for sure can't be cheap and people visiting it are for sure ready to spend money, but this one was overpriced for what it offers. While main courses were true joy and surprise, starters and desserts should improve. Local wine is ridiculously expensive, in the middle of Istria, wine region, which is bad decision of the management. Not all waiters are able to speak good English, which they should if a restaurant pretends to be so good and luxurious. You should expect that your visitors have visited many great restaurants and are well able to compare price vs. quality.

One of the standout features of this hotel is its commitment to being pet-friendly. It's not just "PET friendly" in name; it's genuinely set up to ensure our four-legged friends experience the same comfort and ease as we do. The staff is incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or queries. I would highly recommend San Canzian for those looking not just for a luxurious stay, but a place where their pets can feel equally at home.

Everything about this place is amazing! But especially the people. Each and every memeber of staff was extremely polite, available, smiling and easy to reach and communicate to. We send special Thank you to Kristina, the receptionist, Radomir our restaurant waiter and the girls at the breakfast. The breakfast is very rich and tasty, our room was super cozy and we were granted an upgrade upon arrival. The spa area is calm, quiet, clean, with a pool with the best possible temperature and with a super cute girl host. During our stay we had a pregnancy photoshoot and the team was so amazing to offer the villa for the shooting. Thank you for creating these beautiful memories for us! We loved absolutely every meal at the restaurant. Sending compliments to the chef! We shall for sure recommend the place to everyone and will definitely be back!

This hotel is absolutely perfect! I adored every aspect of it! The location is wonderfully secluded, providing a serene and quiet atmosphere. The beaches are not too far away by car, If you prefer not to stay by the pool. The restaurant and the food they serve are truly outstanding! I mean it, genuinely! The entire staff was exceptionally pleasant, helpful, and really professional. I absolutely loved my time here and I cant wait to come back!

A truly exceptional experience. Felt pampered from arrival to departure. Warm welcome and help with luggage with small golf electric car was amazing. Room decorated in nice modern- village style, with many small details. Luxury cosmetics, welcome note and cookies, and many other nice details. Great breakfast with local and fresh food, all was 1st class and super kind staff both in restaurant and reception. Great location for enjoying Kozlovic, Kabola and other wineries, enjoying Istria, but also visiting Venice with only 2 hours distance.

Well, there is almost nothing not to like here as pretty much everything is great! Nicely decorated rooms. Beautiful outdoor pool area. Luciano restaurant offers very good food. Breakfast is delicious. Great bar with nice terrace and lovely views. Very friendly and helpful staff... Highly recommended!

If I have to criticize something: there are no towel/bathrobe hooks in the spa area next to the shower and next to the sauna entrance - dear architects and/or management, this is a must (everywhere) as we can not shower with towels and bathrobes in our hands or throw them on the floor while showering!! :)

Being up to the highest level at everything. Starting from splendid breakfast encounter, having maximised in-room experience (clean 100%, best equipped, designed to fulfill the environment in the most prestige way), Mr. Pantovic and the restaurant crew exceeding restaurant operating service and skills by far (!)... couldn't ask for more. And we traveled and traveled...

Even if I wanted....

Wonderful location between olive trees, Sunset with view to the pool - is like to be in africa. Great servicteam from the poolbar to room service. Excellent dinner and best informed waiter. A great place to relax, to find yourself and to enjoy life.

Very well maintained property with cute rooms and many butterflies. A oasis away from stressful cities.

Most employees were very friendly but it was not possible to provide a bigger table for the room service (even though they had multiple). I would expect more customer centricity at this price point.
