Great selection of food . Well maintained pools and aqua park for kids

People were asked to come for dinner at certain time . Hotel restaurant not opened for our floor until 7.45 pm ( not allowed to come earlier due to kitchen staff not capable to serve to amount of people who currently stay in the hotel ) We were told off for coming once earlier at 7.30 pm And allowed to enter the restaurant until 7,45 pm !! This is appalling not giving the choice of time they wish to have their dinners and sorting the people out by floors ! Clearly they need to employ more staff to be capable enough if the hotel is full .

The hotel is impecable. Clean, with really nice staff, very well organized. We had half-board and the food was all through out very good. The location is great: sea front with sea view from almost every room, in a quiet area of Umag. Facilities were great: we had plenty to choose from (sea with concrete & stairs entry, pool, small public beach with sand and small water entrance, aquapark with activity team for kids, inflatable water park in walking distance, all kinds of water sports, tree park with shade in front of sea, enough sun beds, yoga in the morning or pool aerobics). Rooms were good size, with confortable beds, very well sound proofed. Short distance to Motovun, Groznjan, or Jama Grotta Beredine, Rovinj,Trieste. Evening events with music was tastefull and low key.

We are a family, so not a minus for us, but the hotel seems a family hotel. Also the public beach being sandy with small water attracts families with children. So something to keep in mind is you're gonna have a lot of children around. Price for our trip was ok, since we booked very early, but after changing to Euro, prices in Croatia have gone up quite a bit (not hotel fault). Water in sea and pools was a bit cold, but that was due to 2023 weather (not hotel fault again). Definitely they need to consider some system for hanging clothes to dry in the balcony.

Large, refurbished hotel with an outside pools (quite shallow, though I think the max depth was around 1.2m). Food is okay, nothing special and could use a bit more premium options (it's a 4 stars hotel after all). The staff was nice and the room was modern. The location is amazing, great for watching sunsets, enjoying with a drink next to a pool, cycling, walking along the coast. Tennis courts very close.

Family room is a bit of a joke. The extra beds are basically a couch that extends, but the matresses are not comfortable, made of 2 pieces (lenght wise each bed consists of 2 separate pieces - weird) and looks more like a cheap hostel than a family room in a 4 stars hotel. Shame! The drinks are expensive at the restaurant and they have some bad quality Czech lager beer on draft.

The hotel is ideal for families. It's definitely a kid-friendly hotel. We enjoyed almost everything. We have to say that we really like the services provided and the staff. I want to thank Martina (the manager) for fulfilling a request that I made. The staff at the bar is also very friendly. The hotel has a "private" beach in front of it. The waterpark for guest use is also nice. Small "sand" beach nearby.

I would not say that I did not like it but I think when the season is over, they should repair the pool. Some tiles are missing and can be dangerous to the kids. Also, the dinner was indeed very crowded but it was mid-August so I think within this period it came as a bonus. Finally, something that really bothers me is the fact that non-guests would take the sunbeds - I think the hotel should do something about this.

The three of us spent a nice week in this hotel. The hotel staff, from the first to the last, were very kind, helpful and unobtrusive. That created a good mood everywhere. The room was clean, comfortable and big enough, as was the bathroom. The sea view was beautiful. We had a large and varied selection of dishes for both breakfast and dinner. Along with baked and boiled dishes, there were a plenty of quality fresh fruits and vegetables. We liked the surroundings of the hotel, lots of greenery and opportunities for walking.

It would be very useful if you could mark which dishes are vegetarian/vegan/glutenfree etc.

Location. Baby friendly. Facility. Sea view. Free electric car charge. Parking. Nice water park for kids. The choices of meals during breakfast and dinner, although the dinner meals taste could be better.

Every morning around 6:30 the cleaning lady made noise in the hall while cleaning. It kept waking me up. No hotel bikes for free rent which is in this area very common. At the dinner no free drinks (water, juices) as by breakfast.

Location is perfect for people with kids. There is a lot of things for the kids to explore and to play with. The see view from the apartment is great, probably even better when you book above first floor, which by the way should be an option. One should know what he’s paying for.

First thing was very late check in, early check out. The mattresses are very old, you can feel the springs. Very uncomfortable. The food was just ok. At one dinner we ordered a bottle of sparkling water, 2 cups of coffee, and a juice. We asked the waitress for an additional glass of tapped water for the kid, she said that it’s not possible. Their boss has strictly forbidden tapped water, not because it’s not drinkable, but because you need to order a whole bottle of water. You pay for the drinks off course. The waitress even agreed that it’s not ok to do “that”.

1. Close to the sea and can switch between swimming in the pool / the sea without having to walk through the lobby. 2. Bar by the pool.

1. We had to pay an obscene amount of money for the drinks at dinner. 2. Poor configuration of the dining hall: it cannot hold a large amount of guests coming in at the same time as tables were not yet avaialable. The countertops with food trays were unfortunately all in a single line and people, instead of passing freely between them, had to unnecessarily form a queue which caused a further delay.

The hotel is huge with all the facilities. Parking was free and easy enough out the front. The restaurants breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location is good for car travellers, only 5 minutes drive from the main centre of Umag or a 20 minute walk.

The pools were freezing (April). We asked for pool towels at reception but they said they didn't have any and we had to use out bathroom towels. Our toilet on Night 1 didn't flush and repaired the next day but then on Night 2 didn't stop flushing and caused minor flooding in the bathroom.

Excellent location close to the sea. Incredible view from the balcony. Delicious food and a large selection of dishes. Umbrellas, sun-beds and beach towels are included in price. Friendly personnel. Hotel has beautiful tiny restaurant on the beach where you can have tasty lunch and delicious coffee. It was very beautiful vacation. Thank you very much, we would come here one more time.

Absence any kind of drinks during the dinner, even water.
