We had a bad when arriving, a bit late, but received a good welcome. Dana is super cool and helped a lot. The hotel is located extremely well, benefits from public parking and the design of the rooms is very modern. Bathroom is very chic and has character, very comfy beds and pillows. Overall, the location is great - city centre with nightlife, many shops around, good restaurants and 5 min close to the ferry to Island Brac.

The restaurant and the hotel is not that great, breakfast was fairly limited and a bit under expectations. However, staff is very nice and friendly, surely you can discuss and find a good option.

I loved the staff - they were so warm, kind & thoughtful. I loved the location for ease of access to the local beach & the track to the nugal beach which was so beautiful, including the walk. Wow the views! I loved that there was a square behind with a beautiful church & a fabulous restaurant - Gusto Diva. My room was super lovely. And cute beach towel provided. Great amenities including robe & slippers.

It's unfortunately not very sound proof. I was trying to work out how it could be resolved .... maybe another soundproof door between front door & bedroom ? I don't want to make a negative comment because it was a very worthwhile stay.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the small harbour. Absolutely great receptionist, very helpful, professional and funny. Hotel is in an old estate and recently upgraded or renovated. Rooms look like from latest interior design magazines in great quality. Breakfast was good. Not unnecessary overwhelming large, but more than sufficient choice for a breakfast. Location of the hotel is great in the center of town at the harbour front. Can absolutely recommend. Of all the approx 2000 hotels I have stayed in my life, this one scores very high.

Nothing. There was nothing that bothered us or should have been better.

Best was the staff. All were genuine in being helpful, honest, and giving great service. Room was upgraded to superior which was light and spacious - good bathroom and comfortable.

Minor item - I was advised by the staff that being a lower level and front room (nice view) but may hear some noise if people get partying at nearby bars - more the music. This did not occur so I was fine.

We loved the location and the service was excellent! Both by the reception lady and the restaurant team. It was a last minute reservation and we arrived late at night, but we had our cot set up for the baby with a very short notice. The room was spacious and quite smartly distributed. Breakfast was wonderful.

It was very noisy when we arrived and the music from the bar at the entrance was blasting into our ears every time someone opened the entrance door. However, the hotel reception offered us earplugs which was were helpful from them.

Wonderful (small) boutique hotel in perfect location overlooking the promenade. A historic heritage building that's also bright, clean, modern and stylish inside, thanks to a recent full reno. Extra praise for Dana at the front desk! friendly and warm and full of knowledge about the area. Treat yourself to the loft bedroom if you can: epic 360 rooftop views of village, waterfront, and mountains.

Some people may have problems with noise from the street. It is literally the heart of the promenade and the city. That wasn’t an issue for us. You should not count for the parking by the hotel, so be ready to walk with your luggage. Again, that wasn’t a problem for us.

Very beautiful spacious room with sea view. Windows on two sides. Great bathroom. The whole hotel is very nicely decorated (loved both the marble on the stairs and the soft carpeted floors). Spotlessly clean, quiet, very friendly staff. Perfect location next to the promenade/city centre.

Breakfast was served in the bar below the hotel. Maybe due to the fact that it was low season (beginning of May), there was no buffet. We were served a standard plate of ham/cheese/bread/croissants and fresh coffee/cappuccino. Could be better.

Great hotel in a historic building, designer rooms recently refurbished, facing the adriatic in the heart of the city. Everything was in walking distance, and the restaurant recommended by the staff at the reception was a nice surprise. The breakfast included in the room rate was exceptional, and we will stay there again without hesitation.

Lovely hotel right in the centre. The staff were great...the lady on reception when we arrived was wonderful (I think her name was Dana but might be wrong) and lovely gentleman checked us out. Breakfast the next morning was lovely with a great variety.

Parking is expensive but nothing to do with the hotel and they were very helpful in providing a special overnight rate.
