Everything was perfect, from the facility to the stuff,location,the pool aria is so clean, big shout out to the guy who's maintening pool aria, also I'm glad to see young stuff being so professional, and yes food was great..

First thing I loved was the view when I opened my curtains. Often the photos of the view on the websites are based on optimal times, angles and so on but sea view is a serious sea view. The pictures on the website are exactly what you see in the resort. The locations is great and the access to the beach is awesome. The fact that it is fully inclusive means no worrying about what you eat or drink. The fully inclusive bar really has something for everyone and if you want something else there is always the lobby bar. My children have never eaten as much as they did this holiday so I am super happy about that. Once at the resort there isn't a need to leave unless you want to do sightseeing.

For me the food felt like it was on repeat a bit but having said that the food was well cooked and there was a variety of choice everyday, unfortunately it was almost the same dishes every day. I would have liked a bit more coffee options at breakfast too. Another let down is the lack of hotel supplied loungers on the beach. Kid club isn't really kids club. It is very limited and only for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon but at least there is a playground.

Loved the pool and beach.

The parking was not great. Initially the air conditioner did not work in the room and it was very hot. Repairman fixed it immediately. The bartender acted rude to my wife. It might have been a misunderstanding, but she asked for two drinks and gave him €20 and asked for €15 in return as a tip. He took the money and had my wife waiting while he served other people. My wife finally left without the drinks or money and told me what happened. I confronted the bartender which caused a scene.

The pool, the beach, the food, the staff and the surroundings. All inclusive service is really good for the price

Not suitable for baby strollers or invalid people, not ramps anywhere and elevators are so small, stroller barely fit with only one person.

Great variety of food and drinks available at every meal (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner), and throughout the day. The staff was very polite and informative and always strived to help at any request. The room was clean and modern (we even got a free upgrade to a bigger one than booked which was great!) and had all the necessary facilities. Many activities were available, from renting bikes to tennis courts, pool aerobics and many more! The beach was so close to the hotel that you could grab a drink, take a couple of steps and be on the sea already. All in all an amazing experience!

All in all not a single thing negative to point out.

The positives for us were the location. Really pretty right on a beach with mountains behind. It’s a very clean and well maintained resort. The food offerings are varied but often lukewarm. Plenty of parking

Some of the staff are pretty rude and not interested. Especially a guy reloading the food. I think there should be somewhere at reception to tip which is split between all staff, there’s currently nowhere to tip and maybe that would help? Also don’t like people getting up early and reserving their sun bed area. There’s a sign saying that’s not allowed but I watched them every morning!! No one challenges it. People actually reserve half a dozen beds and table and chairs and don’t arrive until lunch time!!

+ Great location + Rooms and the whole complex of the hotel really modern, clean + Pool bar with cocktails, drinks, coffe, alcohol included in all inclusive + Beach extremely close - the sunbeds at the beach are for extra money, but you don't really need them, you can leave your belongings on a sunbed at the pool, the beach is just 50 meters away + Amazing overall feeling from the whole place :)

- The staff at the pool bar sometimes wasn't the nicest - The meals at the restaurant had varied quality, some of them were really good, some bland and tasteless - Variety of food, especially for breakfast could be better - Parking spaces could be more organized

Every place was clean and staff was very friendly. Food was good and if something was running out, staff brought more very quickly. We just loved the place, it was our first time but I hope not the last! Private parking was also positive thing, no need to be worried about the car. Very beautiful places around hotel, the beach and beach boulevard were so nice 👍

People was reserving sunbeds with towels all day long, although I understood that it was against the rules. Very annoyed about that! Staff should do something about it. Same with food, "don't take food or drinks outside of the restaurant" and people walks by hands full... Although it's all inclusive, there should be water bottles in rooms. Needed to take meds early in the morning and before going to sleep and carrying water in classes to the farthest building from pool bar wasn't very pleasant.

The drinks were good and the facilities clean and easy to use. Easy and nice for families with kids.

The food was some how dull and some times you could see the same lunch food served for dinner with some additional modifications. We were offered shark and when it was spent, they replaced it with white fish but the same sauce. There is not order in he swimming pool and it can destroy the experience counting that this is predominantly a family resort. It would be great having a lifeguard in the swimming pool to control those teenagers whose parents do not educate. Otherwise, I am afraid they may have an accident in the swimming pool soon.

I like the lovely pool area, the beds were really comfortable, the food was excellent.
