Near sea, next to the beach. About minute of walk from apartment to the beach. Small grocery store was just beneath us. Big size appartment had everything for a family of 5 members. Parking free of charge next to appartment. Size of appartment and next to the beach was perfect and it sets a side all inconveniences we had.

Broken toilet, water leaking from toilet, pipe in bath tub almost fall off the wall when we tried to open/close water. One of the bathrooms floor was covered with water after a shower. good thing we had two toillets/bathrooms, so we could manage through the holidays without too much complications. No postoffice or mailbox (nearest was in Trogir). Also noise, some of the guests (ukrainian/romanian) just didnt knew how to open/close doors and were slamming doors all afternoon and evening. Not to mention all the yelling from those people. Did they just discovered doors while on holiday in Croatia?

private parking with lots of available spots, entrance regulated by a ramp, very nice swimming pool at the top of the hill, good enough selection of food for the breakfast, probably more options on fruit could be beneficial, Tommy market and Pharmacy at the ground floor of the facility, couple of tasty restaurants 5 mins walking distance - Konoba Dida Moj or Pizzeria Malo More, we drank our morning coffee at the beach bar right in front of the Villa, coffee with milk 2E and glass of water next to it, you can rent there some water sport activities too - Pedalina boat 15E/hour - only cash. We received the flat on the very top of the building - 3rd floor - no elevator, but we didn´t mind - healthy for our bodies :) Two bedrooms with high quality beds, two bathrooms - very useful for a family with 2 kids. Kitchen with livingroom, with a solid sofa, which could be extended to a bed too. Large flat TV, airconditioning in the livingroom only. The bedrooms had a tendency to warm up during the day. We did a trip to Trogir, which is a must see. You can go by taxi boat - 5E per person, but the stuff is not really talkative and unfortunately the engine of our boat broke up just before offboarding in the Trogir harbour, so another boat had to come and pull us to the harbour. Uber costs about 10E, better option if you want to save money. But bear in mind the city is very busy in the evenings and it is quite tough to get an Uber driver.

There could be somebody from the stuff managing the clients if they do not comply with the pool rules - no jumping, no smoking for example. Unfortunately the Vila is situated in Arbanija, where they didn´t build sidewalks and the main road is quite narrow. So quite dangerous walking from the vila to the beaches or restaurants, there is no promenade. Not sure about the litter management in the village, but quite often the trash was falling out of the bins - we were quite surprised that no recycling was happening and we just had to throw paper, plastics and glass into one bin.

We are 2 couples and booked this 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights. I looked at other 2 bedroom apartment and many had only 1 bathroom and limited parking. The price was reasonable with breakfast included. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were identical and had a balcony in the front with seaview and the back. It offered free parking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were smaller especially the shower which was small and tight. The kitchenette has a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. There is a small grocery store Nextdoor which was convenient. The beach is across the street. The breakfast was buffet and they offered a variety of food. The self serve coffee/cappuccino maker was great. We were happy to have a satisfying, hearty breakfast since we were out and about everyday.

The only negative was we were on the 4th floor and there were no elevators. Our friend has knee issues and it was a challenge going up and down the stairs especially with luggages.

Big apartment, large common area, kitchen. Supermarket on ground floor, beaches, bars, beautiful island. Perfect for families and groups looking for a quiet beach resort and preparing food at home. Also some restaurants nearby. Nearby village of Trogir is a beautiful, elevated tourist resort (expensive eating).

Not suitable if your holiday is for Split and you don't have a car. It takes 1.5-2 hours to get to Split by means of two buses, depending on the traffic. First bus doesn't have enough rides per day, no bus schedule at bus stop (get one from the friendly reception). During rush hour buses are packed, they make many stops on a country road, traffic jams in Split. It's exhausting.

We had a late arrival, so on the closed door to the reception there was my name and app number on card - we found it without issues as just near the reception you can find huge map with all details. Amazing location - grocery shop downstairs, you just need to cross the road to get to the beach with a lot of small fishes :) Good breakfasts - the same each day, but you won’t go out hungry as plenty of staff to choose from ( eggs &beacon, yogurts, fruits, etc. ). Special huge plus goes to the staff - despite the end of the season, smiley and super helpful when asked. Very good and stable internet - I was working for major part of our stay ( video calls, screensharing, etc - no issues ). Apartment has everything that you may need: AC, fridge, microwave, etc.

It would be much easier to keep apartment clean if you will leave a bigger brush, as with this small one its not really possible

Very kind and helpful staff: we came too late (at 1 AM) for a check-in due to issues with our car during our arrival - the receptionist left us very clear instructions how to get to our apartment and where to find a keys, we also got our dinner carefully packed and served into our room before our arrival. Also all of our questions were answered and wishes fulfilled. The staff in the restaurant was incredible and friendly as well. They took care of every guest, always with a smile and in a good manner. The quality of service exceeded completely our expectations. Our apartment was on the top floor with majestic view to the sea - couldn't be better. The apartment itself is in a very good condition, including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was very handy for us. Parking was full because of lot of guests, but we could always find a place to park, because there are quite a lot of possibilities to park on a hotel's territory. Towels are changed every 3 days and cleaning service every 7 days. But it is possible to order an additional cleaning if needed. We also have used the pool few times - it is not big, but very clean and in a nice condition. There is a Tommy shop near the hotel, so you can always buy some food and drinks there as well as other consumer goods. Also there is a bouncy castle on the sea in front of the hotel - so kids can get some action, if needed.

The apartment was very clean when we checked-in and in 7 days there was an additional cleaning, which took care of everything, except sinks and toilets. It is not a big issue, but can be improved.

Great location, 50m from nice beach which wasn’t crowded, shop under apartment, swimming pool with deep water, a lots of parking slots, quite place. Spacious apartment, well equipped. Nice receptionists speaking fluent English.

We got towels changed after our complain. Apartment missing brush (receptionist borrowed us on our request) which is very needed when so many people come in and out often. Missing lift, but stairs were fine to 4th floor. More cooking tools like bigger pot, wooden spoon, coffee-press, sharper knife, more cutting boards, etc.

We booked a standard apartment but we got a premium one for the same price, just because it was available at the moment! It was such a pleasant surprise! Everything is perfectly clean, tidy, modern and beautiful! Staff is amazing, kind and available. Breakfast is great, don't miss it! And the location and the sea view... Just wow.

It was all great!

Close to a very nice beach. Breakfast is good. The rooms are very big, they can accommodate at least 6 people, with 2 rooms and a living and 2 bathrooms. On the beach there is a restaurant with lovely food

Quite expensive for what they offer. We stayed for 3 nights with 2 kids and it was getting messy. No one cleaned the apartment while we stayed there.

Great location if you are not interested in night life, (our case),just several restaurants around, super hotel restaurant (we had half board), you can choose from fish/meat menu every day. Maestral apartment was modern, comfortable and clean, balcony included.Shop under the hotel.Beach is just across the street and parking for the guests behind barrier and you can rent a bike for a better price then on the street.

Only one exchange of towels during a week is not enough by my opinion and no cleaning service during whole accomodation at all, just a broom in apartment for self cleaning would be fine then.
