Excellent location, very close to all most important attractions and highlights, old town and museums. All in walking distance. Absolutely splendid, helpful and friendly personnel - 20 points out of 10!!! We asked for a possible early arrival, and personnel made everything to make it possible. Which was so timely and refreshing after the toughest travel. We just had to wait for 15 minutes and we were offered to wait in the lounge and have a cup of tea there. Thank you guys for so human and hospitable approach. We asked also for extra pillows and our request was fulfilled. Small but very comfortable room. The fact that hotel is newly open after fresh renovation also make huge positive difference.

I would add bath robes to the room. Change of towels would also be nice, never happen within 3 days of stay. Add shampoo and body gel is a nice idea too. We stayed 3 nights and had to enjoy miserable, tiny bottles of washing liquids supplied at the time of the check-in and they were never re-newed. After we changed to the Westin hotel due to work requirement, otherwise we would not do it, we enjoyed Malin+Goetz shampoo and washing gel in big wall-fixed bottles which gives very high level impression, even though I think Manda hotel is more pleasant place to stay compare to rather old Westin.

The rooms were very clean and the location is walking distance from the main city center square. There’s a public parking garage nearby.

The hotel has very good location, Everything is in walking distance. The room had window on a main road, but it was quiet. The wifi was good. The staff was nice and helpful. The room had nice, pleasant design and comfortable bed. I felt at home.

The breakfast is primarily served in the rooms, because the breakfast room is too small to seat everybody. Because of this we have to tell previous evening what time we would like to have breakfast. Not a problem, just a bit unusual method. There was choice of three menus: meat-lover, veggy and fitness. the jam, butter and some other were prepacked, so it was a bit The little hair conditioner and the body lotion in the bathroom looks good, but no way to get them out of those litllte plastic bottles... But these are just minor things. In general this is an awsome place, I will come here next time

Great hotel right in the heart of Zagreb city centre, good to settle down after the days exploration. The surrounding area has everything you'd expect from the location, with both the historical and newer 'Vienna' esque parts of the city close by. We rented a car for 2 days and parked it in the nearby underground parking building 'Langov Trg Garage' (find it in GoogleMaps). The stately building itself has fairly small corridors, elevator and hallways, and everything inside is completely renovated, new and clean. We had a 2-person room at the fourth floor, accessed via the small, quaint elevator. Rooms themselves are great, with airconditioning, good beds and bathroom (walk-in shower). We didn't use the breakfast option, so can't comment on that. Finally, staff was professional and helpful, we felt welcome.

Nothing really. If I had to nitpick maybe in the walk-in shower I noticed the water sometimes reaches the bottom of the wooden doorframe, making the wood bend. This will probably need some attention down the road. Also I had hoped for a nice view on the street but the way the windows are positioned doesn't really allow for it. As I said, nothing important. Would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a complete surprise, I booked it for a business trip, and to be located centrally in Zagreb. While I didn't have much time to explore the city due to work commitments, this hotel is in a great location, close to shops, supermarket, and not far from the Old Town. The hotel is beautiful inside, stylish, and clean. I had a 1 bedroom suite, and it was super nice and comfortable, perfect for a home away from home. Breakfast was really interesting, you have the choice to eat in the small breakfast area or have the breakfast delivered to your room each day. You fill out a sheet indicating the breakfast you'd like and they bring it to you. This is incredible service and highly appreciated when getting ready to start a business day, and running short on time. The hotel has been renovated, I appreciated the comfy bed and the carpet was really nice. It was a great place to land after a long day at work. Also, the shower was so nice--plenty of hot water and a rainshower head. I loved that there were slippers and robes, bathroom amenities, great wifi, and a small refrigerator and cooktop, also was glad the room had a safe. It also smelled really good in the hallway! All in all, it was a really pleasant place to stay.

Some little tiny details could make the stay even better. For example, tissues in the bathroom, for when you need them. A makeup mirror in the bathroom so you can easily put on makeup. A kitchen towel or two in the kitchen area to dry the dishes (maybe there was one, but I didn't see it).

The location was excellent. Walking out the front door if you turn right, you are within 5 mins of the main center of the city. Turning left you are within 5 mins of a large main park. Both directions give you plenty of restaurants and site seeing opportunities. Our room was super quiet which was nice as this helped overcome any jetlag we had coming from the states. Our suite had an additional 1/2 bath that was a really nice bonus while the 2 of us were getting ready in the morning or getting ready for bed at night.

I can't really complain at all about our stay. Possibly more equipment in the kitchenette area.

The location was quiet,close to the city center. Room was newly furnished with more quality materials. We felt really comfortable there. We recommend this hotel.

We did not like the concept of choosing breakfast in advance (the evening before) to be served in your room. You can choose from 3 options of menu, however we had no idea how big portion we would get and e.g. what kind of salami or cheese would be there as this was stated only generally with no quantity and better description. We would prefer breakfast to be served in form of buffet where you can see all the meals and you can choose exactly what you like.

Great location a short walk from most sights. Nice large rooms. The suite with kitchenette was particularly large. Great bathrooms and lovely shower. Everything very clean. Good coffee from Nespresso machine with pods provided. Friendly reception staff. Supermarket and bakeries very close.

It was quite stressful to pull up to drop off luggage on arrival as there was a traffic warden outside and no clear place to park. Once we'd unloaded, parking in a nearby underground car park (Langov Trg Garage on Google) was easy - we paid for two days which was about 26 euros. You have to visit the car park office on level -1 to pay. It was about 6 mins walk away from the hotel.

Small, recently renovated hotel in heritage building. Nice two small bedroom unit with living/kitchen area, as well as bath and a half. Friendly, helpful breakfast staff. Ten minute walk to major tourist area—-Jelacic Square area. Beds were comfortable. Shower was modern and worked well. Large, tasty European breakfast available with coffee, meats, cheeses, salad, orange juice, egg and selection of breads. Two other alternative breakfasts are available.

When we checked in, the man at the front desk didn’t tell us we should schedule breakfast the night before. While the breakfast staff accommodated us, it was difficult for them as they have only 4 small tables. Booking.com had indicated we could pay additional for breakfast.

The Manda Heritage Hotel was a lovely hotel to stay at. It is centrally located & most things(eg:the old town & restaurants) are within walking distance. The bus & railway stations are approximately twenty minutes walk away however there is a tram stop very close to the hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful & welcoming throughout my stay & the room was spacious & very comfortable & clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with modern fixtures & fittings also the TV had a large number of channels in various languages.

The breakfast was a little basic with (as far as i,m aware) no cereal option. You do however have the choice of having it delivered to your room or eating it in the small breakfast room.
